John from Xios and his team did a good job in fixing the deck as the first job. We expanded the Statement of work and despite some delays John was diligent about completion. However, the one problem that I had was on finishing touches that were promised to be done after the payment had been fully made to Johns satisfaction - it has now been over 1 month of me chasing John down and hearing of issues with broken-down truck, personal illness but no worker was sent over and the shed is still not fully used bec hundreds of nails poke through on every wall and the new doors that he built do not close properly (need adjusting). I would otherwise give him a 4.5 star rating except for the ongoing frustration on promises to finish the job were not kept after payment was made in full. I would caution others to watch out for deadlines and finishing work to be done to full satisfaction before any payment is made. His workers and him are a good team and work hard. I will be glad to update the review and stars if John can finish what he promised..

John from Xios and I agreed on a 9 am appointment to get an estimate to do a small repair on my roof after some shingles had blown off during a wind storm. At 9:30, John still hadn't arrived so I called him and he said he thought the appointment was at 11 am and said he'd be here in 20 minutes. He finally showed up 45 minutes later, which was an hour and 15 past when we agreed on. I showed him what needed to be done, we agreed on a price, and he said he'd return the following afternoon to complete the work. The timeframe was very important to me because we had a snowstorm coming and I wanted to have the work done beforehand, and I conveyed that to him. I had to leave town on business, so I gave him my wife's contact info so he could coordinate with her. The following day, he texted my wife and said he wouldn't make it until 10 am the day AFTER we agreed upon. This would've been fine, but wouldn't you know it, it snows that morning, and he can't do the work because the roof is covered in snow. It's also worth noting, that he hadn't contacted us to let us know he wouldn't be coming that day due to the snow. I contacted HIM at 1 pm and that's when he said he wouldn't be doing the work that day and he would have to wait for the snow to melt. At that point, I was done. I canceled the job because this guy clearly can't keep his commitments and is very unprofessional. He gave me a story about an emergency that came up but the bottom line is that he failed to meet 3 different commitments in 3 days. I don't know how anyone can stay in business that way.

Not yet decided! They did job on roof on Dec10 and after rains there was leaks and i text John who came with the time and his guy seal top roof but again this early morning 12/21/18 there is rain and I checked the attic and found leakage. I made pictures and sent to John of axioms,Inc.to seal properly. The team is good and worked hard on some extra jobs on outside steps etc. Hope they will fix the leakage properly.

John and Charlie showed yesterday afternoon and they came to work. I had a roof leak and showed Charlie who went up on the roof and did a full inspection. He recommended some caulking but mostly flashing around my oversized chimney stack which he did. Only time will tell if this was the source of my leak but it makes sense. Only time will tell, They promise to come back if needed

So far , so good. It has only been one day and we haven't had a good ran yet. I can say, John was very professional and explained what they were going to do and said if any leaks occur, they will be back to correct any repairs they made.

The owner followed up, made changes as needed. The crew was friendly, good attitude, helpful.

Due to weather related problems, I had to wait for the job to be done. It took two weeks before it was done on 06/07,2018 - but the major problem was because of the rainy weather which wasn't their fault. They were professional, swift and economical.

We were please that when they first finished the project everything seemed to be fine. Within 20 minutes of them leaving we had to contact them because we notice some projects were not completed. UPDATE: John has returned and made the repairs, and we are once again very pleased with the project. Very nice people to do business with.

I would hire them for other contracts in the future. Great work on my roof repair

The price was right, to bad the work wasn't done right... paid to have the shingles on the ridge vent replaced, along w/the shingles on the hip. The work done was questionable as the shingles on the ridge are not in line with each other and some don't lay flat, also his worker only replaced the shingles on one side of the hip, I called John and told him this, he told me he'd come to take a look at it the next day, it's been over 2 weeks, no sign of him yet and I don't intend to keep calling him, either you're a man of your word or you're not. He wasn't here the day the work was done, his worker showed up a few hours late of the time I was told he'd be here, luckily I didn't have plans to be someplace else or I would of had a problem. I got along fine with his helper and his uncle (loved his uncle) who just basically was there for support. Just wish the work was done more to my liking. Now YELL if you must. :)

The initial work was well done. He also presented amicable and knowledgeable, subsequently other home repairs were discussed, review and agreed to. However, he didn't return since, despite phone calls.

John is super at explaining the job. He always does a little extra. The trust I had with him was worth as much as the job to me.

joh is awesome and honest. will be using him for other projects around the house.

Relatively inexpensive. Good quality work. Reliable

John was at the site and did the job as promised. He was fair either the price of the repairs made. He changed the water main to the house and with the town he coordinated the repair and replacement.
