John was at the site and did the job as promised. He was fair either the price of the repairs made. He changed the water main to the house and with the town he coordinated the repair and replacement.

John and his crew did an outstanding job with the repair/replacement of our garage roof. The price was more than reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner. In fact, he came out on Wednesday for an estimate and was able to start and finish the job by Friday, and they were great with the clean up. Would absolutely recommend Xios to anyone and will look to have them do more work for us in the future.

John had his workers install wainscoting panels in my dinning room. Although his workers tried their best the finished product was horrible. They destroyed most of the panels, they used a white nail that is used for installing house siding, rather than using the correct finish nail or proper nail gun. The nail heads were sticking out, uneven and looked completely unprofessional. They overused caulk to cover the mistakes, that didn't work and only made the problem worse. I had to go back and pull a few dozen nails, other nails I couldn't remove without causing further damage, so I had to counter sink them. I had to remove most of the caulk. I had to remove and replace a couple of panels that were cut wrong. Just an absolute mess. This type of delicate finish work is not what John and his workers should be attempting. I trusted John and his abilities, I was dead wrong. Lessoned learned the hard way. Also never received a receipt. I have all the nails I pulled and pictures to show the mess they left me with. Why is it so hard to find a quality contractor.

Excellent Work, Charlie is a very dedícated and hard laborer. John was very fair with his price, I would hire him again, and would refer to others.

John was the least expensive of all the contractors i had an estimate from. showed up on time and did the job when and how he said he would. He will get the other part of the roof repair when necessary. I highly recommend him.

I am very happy they completed the job quickly, efficiently, and a lot cheaper than I was expecting. I did not have to wait long for them to come and fix my problem. While they were at our home they fixed two other small problems without charging us. How can you beat it?
