Frank Jankowski

When you can get him to respond, he does a good job, and is pleasant and professional. Last month (December 2012) I left a message on his ever-operating answering machine asking for quick action on a noisy through-the-wall vent and for an annual maintenance visit. Another message left on his answering machine on 1 January. It is now 8 January, and Frank has not returned the call.

We hired Frank following the flooding of Hurricane Irene. He cleaned out our furnace, righted and repaired our hot water heater and installed a new baseboard heater for us. He came in exactly on estimate. We will and have hired Frank again. We had black smoke emitting from the furnace and he arrived within approximately 30 minutes of my call. We also hired him to help install a new washing machine and outside hose bib. He is officially our go-to plumber.
