I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and I was not really satisfied at all. The ad read cleaning, inspection and what not and there was no cleaning done. He said, it is pretty clean you do not need to have it done and it was a year ago, as I would think that it needed some kind of cleaning. He was here for 20 minutes and that was about it. I had my car in the garage and I said I will move my car so you could clean because I have had it done before and he said that is not necessary as it looks pretty clean and you do not need cleaning. I was not happy with the price.

day water pour through my celing into masterbed room bath and I have to go up to find out problem next day and found seal was opened and i had to reseal it and then problem was soved. I would never use in future again and waste of my money and cannot trust your site aswell any more

He was personable, professional and apologetic for the miscommunication we had. He rendered his services efficiently, the work was well done and cleaned up leaving nothing to clean up after. If I have anything to do with plumbing, heating or air-conditioning I would call him in again.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and was thorough with explanation of work done. Made a special effort to accommodate us in their schedule.

Tech showed up 8:30 went with my husband to pressure check unit found leak and fixed and replaced refrigerant. Unit was working ice cold air in no time. Quick and reliable service. I am overall pleased.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine. They were wonderful, very informative. They came out on time and he showed me everything. Buying the adaptor was an additional expense.

He showed up as planned early Saturday morning. I have a very old unit. Seemed like he used an infrared thermometer to inspect the air temp coming from the ducts, inspected the unit in the attic and inspected the outside unit. Offered to add some Freon but said I didn?t really need it. Not sure if he cleaned anything or if there was anything for him to clean b/c I already replaced the filter inside the house. In the past, I've had people blow out the overflow tube (or at least that's what I was told). Everything went well. He's a nice guy and I would use him again.

He yelled at me at my house, he had a bad attitude, and was working illegally without a license. He recently refused to honor a big deal that I was considering purchasing. Member Response: Steve Morroun was doing electrical work for a plumber in my home, and neither Steve Mourroun or the plumber were licensed to do electrical work. I paid the plumber for the work and he was supposed to pay Steve Mourroun, since Steve was working for the plumber. I was contemplating having Steve come out and perform a plumbing job through Angie's List Big Deal program, but he refused to do business with me. I was not aware that Steve Mourroun was the same person who was working for the plumber when I was thinking about purchasing the Big Deal. On top of yelling at me at my house, Steve and his attorney have now sent me a threatening letter demanding that I remove this review or face a lawsuit.

I was unable to use the deal due to my system being too old to maintenance and service. I was advised to get the unit replaced.

It went great. He was a pro and even performed some jobs on the spot we hadn't discussed. I thought it was a little expensive but would use him again

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Sam's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. When he came here, I told him what the problem was. For what you will tell him, he will go there and check it for you. My impression was that he was going to check on his own without me telling what to look at.

I would give Sam's an A rating all around - everything was as it should be - they fixed the problem, suggested further investigation and gave me a name for same; also suggested replacing some more energy efficient items.

I thought maybe odds and ends they would take care of. I was not impressed with the guy who came out.

Bought a coupon from Angie's list for a whole house plumbing inspection. Very happy with the service - as part of the visit, the guy even fixed (cleaned) the kitchen faucet where pressure has dropped suddenly. Likely to use again as needed.

I thought it went well. I initially responded to a Big Deal Coupon for $39 for a whole house plumbing inspection. Steve called and we made an appointment. His plumber came at the appointed time and we went over all my plumbing concerns. I received his estimate the next day and we scheduled the work. I can do minor repairs myself, but much of this work was the type requiring special skills or tools. It would have taken me days to do only some of these things and I'd have busted knuckles to show for it. I was pleased that he made recommendations I hadn't thought of (like the outside hose taps).

I called a few plumbers and none could come over that day, but all made it sound like I would have to spend a lot of money when I explained the problem.I called Steve around 12.noon and he called me back around 2pm and came right over. Looked at my pump and gave me an estimate of $140.00. I said great and he and his helper Mike had the job done in about an hour.I was so happy with him and the quick and proper service I will be calling him again. So glad I found a good plumber.

Steve and his team installed a new Condenser and Coil in my home to replace an older, broken unit. I could not be more pleased by the professionalism, service and quality. I have used Sam Mechanical multiple times for HVAC, Plumbing and other jobs. The team is polite, courteous and prompt and I would never hesitate to call them in the future.

They were great. Very happy with their work. I would highly recommend them. We would use them again.

THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL. HE PLACED DROP CLOTHES WHERE NEEDED SO IF THERE WERE ANY SPILLS A MESS WOULD BE AVOIDED. STEVE REMAINED AT THE JOB SITE UNTIL IT WAS FINISHED. HIS MEN WERE AS PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASSIONET AS HIM IN THEIR PROFORMANCE OF THEIR JOB. WHEN COMPLETED THEY CLEANED THE AREA AND TESTED OUT THE NEW UNIT AND GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS IN THE DIFFERANT FEATURES IT HAD. AFTER A FEW DAYS THEY CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AS IT WAS WHEN THEY LEFT AND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE. I TRUST HIM AND WILL USE HIM IN ANY OF MY HEATING OR AC NEEDS THAT MAY COME UP. THE SERVCE, PRICE AS WELL AS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS USED MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE ENJOYABLE. I WILL NOT BE USING THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES They were not as prompt as they had promised. I was informed the work was going to cost me $600. When he finished I was told it was now $650 with no explanation of the extra amount. The bill supplied does not contain any kind of breakdown of the work performed or the parts supplied. In hindsight I should have queried this and not signed, but as I was stressed from having a basement flood, I was not thinking clearly. I told the engineer that I would be going to my bank to ask for an increase on my credit limit on my credit card, in order to pay, and he agreed to this. My bank approved the increase but told me it probably would not be available for 24 hours. I communicated this information to the engineer who said it would be OK for them to run this in 24 hours. This morning, Saturday 2/26 have had a series of increasingly nasty and harassing phone calls from the owner of the company, Steve, saying my credit card is not going through. I explained my conversation with his employee, and he said "you should have asked me". As far as I know an employee is a legal representative of a company and is there to act as such. The employee should have called his boss, NOT the customer. My interactions with this company have been extremely nasty, even though I have done everything I said. Steve should berate his employee NOT the customer in this case.
