Description of Work: Sam's came into repair a non working faucet handle in our shower area. It turned into much more of a project than I had thought it would be, necessitating opening up the wall & replacing pipes as well as the faucet handle itself. They handled it very professionally, quickly & neatly. |A slight adjustment was needed the next day & a man showed up at the time promised, and like the previous day, explained what he was doing while he was working. |The shower is working better than it has done in years, and we're very pleased!

Description of Work: They checked out my central AC units. One has a slow leak and needs to be recharged every couple years. In 2 years the price of the refrigerant has gone up by 100% which caused a little sticker shock. The technician from SAM's was punctual and very professional however. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The charge was for one hour of plumbing work or a plumbing inspection. I needed two leaky faucets repaired but the workers said the units were too old to repair. I didn't need an inspection so no work was done. I'm requesting a refund. Price would have been fair if they actually did some work.

Description of Work: I purchased a $39 Big Deal for a plumbing service call, plus a whole-house plumbing inspection. I tried calling the company and I was never able to get in contact with them. I ended having to hire another service provider. I was disappointed.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for today, and there was a mixup; the girl who made the appointment failed to schedule it with the technician. I called when I wanted to make sure he was coming, and I wasn't scheduled, which was no big deal. The tech called me and during the course of the conversation we discovered they don't work on wall units. Case closed---they don't repair what I have. SUGGESTION: specify CENTRAL AIR in the offer. They were all nice, a mistake was made and their offers really should contain the word "central."
