My daughter recommended Long Construction to me and I'm thankful she did. I am happy with my new roof and the interior repairs as well. Everyone at Long Construction was very nice. It was such a nice experience as a first time home buyer. Becky was super nice with me, always there if I have any questions for her. One day and the project was done. I absolutely recommend the company. Thank you guys for making my house look so nice!! :)

On July 9 and 10th 2019, Long Construction removed our old asphalt roof and replaced it with a new one at our home in Webster, NY. I could not be happier with the job. They did everything that we had agreed to in the contract without any prompting. They arrived on time when they said they would, went right to work and did a great job. One thing that really impressed us was their concern for cleanup, they had told us at the time to make sure we cleaned off our deck furniture so nothing would happen to it, and they took excellent care of our shrubbery and our house, protecting it from the falling asphalt shingles during the tear off process. Extremely important they picked up and cleaned up at the end of every day and at the end of the job. This was quite important to us, as the last time we had a roof replaced, a lot of years ago, on another house, by another company, we were picking up trash left over from the job it seemed like years later; that was not the case with Long. When they left, you would not have known that they had been there for two days. The dumpster was delivered and picked up when they said it would. Their price was fair and competitive, and the quality of their work appeared to be excellent. The crew were all pleasant and respected our property. Mike Long the owner of the company worked alongside his crew to make sure everything was done perfect. I would give them the highest rating and would highly recommend them without qualification to anyone looking for a roofing company. Pam Barres

I like to hire family businesses as I think they have their reputation on the line with every job. The owner Mike was at all phases of the work and his crew were very dedicated and professional in every aspect of the job. It was extremely hot and I had a total tear off including new roof decking and the construction debrie was all over the place but it stayed there for about 5 minutes as they had a crew member whose only job was to constantly walk around and pick things up including even the smallest piece of plastic wrapping . Mike's wife Becky, the office manager was probably tired of my twice daily calls with various ( dumb? ) questions which she answered or if didn't know the answer would call back within minutes with the answer. Thanks Becky! My salesman John must have been in this business from birth as he also knew everything I threw at him during the quote process. I can't say enough about these guys and even though they weren't my lowest price quote , you get what you pay for and that's what I got. Would use them again in an instant. Thanks again Long Construction.

I deliberated quite a while before signing with this company. I could not have been more pleased. My roof looks perfect to me! I compared it to other new roofs on my street and mine looks the best. As for the grounds around my house, after they left you would never know they had been there. I be had contractors a number of times for various other work done in my house and Mike, I felt was the most trustworthy and honest of all of them. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone. I am hoping to do business with him in the future. I can t say enough how beautiful my new roof is. And, 5 star on customer service as well. Lynn Puccini

The project was to do an extensive renovation on two floors of a residential property. I have worked with several contractors in Rochester over the last decade. Long Construction rate higher than any. The staff I met are knowledgeable, experienced and ethical, as well as pleasant. They kept to budget and kept me informed. They exceeded expectations. The only drawback is that they are becoming more and more busy - presumably because others are becoming aware of their work. They are about to start a second project for me; one for which it has taken me over a year to find a truly knowledgeable contractor.

Very knowledgeable and share their expertise right up front. They take the time to thoroughly understand the project and any out-of-the-ordinary issues.

Did exactly what they said they would, on time on budget. I m very particular and their work was second to none! My roof looks amazing! And the clean up was like they were never here. Highly recommend them

Both of my next door neighbors reroofed their houses in the last two years so I have witnessed work crews for comparison. The Long Construction team was outstanding. They did fine work on the roof and gutters then left the property ahead of schedule and cleaner than they found it! They also left my neighbors shaking their heads. I highly recommend them.

Mike Long ave his crew were hard working and very courteous worked in very cold and snowy conditions a d got the job done in one day ! Cleaned up after themselves amazing company ! Jason came out and gave me the estimate and explained the entire process and was very knowledgeable and kind the office staff was very pleasant as well .. would recommend this company to my family and friends
