Description of Work: Had a massive clog / backup of drain. The fellow - Mike - did an outstanding job of clearing it out and cleaning up. He was careful to explain all that he was doing and why. We had not used Gatti before but Mike's performance and professionalism has made us a repeat customer in the future.

Description of Work: We had an emergency with a kitchen faucet that "let go" over a holiday weekend. They came, installed a new faucet and cleaned up the plumbing issues under the sink. When the new faucet had an issue right out of the box, they came back and fixed it for free. I would definitely have them come again.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking water heater. Gatti Plumbing procured a new A.O.Smith gas-fired water heater with a 10-year warranty for me and installed the unit the same day. The two mechanics they sent were friendly and professional and did a neat job on the installation. My only criticism is the cost to convert the previous 3-inch flue to a 4-inch flue to fit the new unit was charged at $25/foot...somewhat expensive considering the cost of the materials and the amount of work involved. Just the same, I would definitely use Gatti Plumbing for my future needs.

Description of Work: We had problems with a vent stack that was leaking at the roof, and rusted through in the basement. The stack ran up through three stories and was not easily accessible. We obtained estimates from several of the most reputable area companies. Gatti's plan for fixing it was the most practical, and the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work and the difficulty of the job. What we paid was exactly as estimated, even though I think the actual work turned out to be a little more difficult than anticipated. They arrived promptly for both the estimate appointment, and the scheduled job appointment, and cleaned up well after the job. Was very pleased we selected them!

Description of Work: Had a leak from tub upstairs, seeping through ceiling downstairs. Thought it was likely from pipes under tub. Made an emergency service call. Plumber was very quick to come by. Fixed the problem by diagnosing that the shower handle was leaking behind the wall. Fixed for $30 part cost and $90 labor. Very nice and would absolutely recommend in the future!

Description of Work: My finished basement was under 4 inches of water, the sub pump died. Called Gatti on 3pm on a Friday, they were there by 4:15 with a brand new pump. By 5pm they had it fixed, basement was draining. They had to kneel in 4 inches of water to get this thing installed behind a wall, and did it with a smile. I highly recommend this company. They had professional equipment as well.
