I have been with Everdry 7 years now and I highly recommend them. They not only fixed my basement but their process makes everything look nice. I do pay the yearly insurance and have had a few concerns over the years. All I have to do is call and they send someone out and address my concerns. I am very happy with the Everdry Waterproofing System

Our contract was signed 06/05/2018 for the interior and exterior "drainage system" with Everdry. From the moment our signature went onto that paper, it was the equivalent of signing our own death warrants. This complaint is filed under Customer Service Issues for the mere fact that there is no option to select for unprofessional, unreliable, and failure to provide services. After our initial signatures were on the contract the company wanted to make several other appointments because they "forgot to have us sign just this one form." And then a week later it would be another meeting for something else or another form they did not fill out properly. I work a twelve-hour rotating schedule so I might not be home potentially for some of the days the work was going to be happening. As a result scheduling, all of these additional meetings took away from my days off of work and my own personal schedule. On one of these occasions, they stated that both my wife and I HAD to be present. This required both of us to take off of work that day. On the day of this meeting, no one showed up at the scheduled time. An hour and a half after our meet time I called the office to inquire as to what was happening. They told me they called me an hour ago and left a message that they canceled the meeting. They had both mine and my wife's phone numbers in their computer system, this also wasn't the first time the company had contacted me for something, clearly, they have both of our numbers correct in their system however they only made one attempt to get in contact with either of us. This caused me to again have to reschedule yet another meeting with them and also caused us to be late to another obligation that I had that day. The project finally began on 10/1/2018 which was a Monday, I had to work that Monday and Tuesday 10/1 and 10/2. We have a walk in basement with garage access, so I left them a default code to get into the basement since I would not be there the first two days of the project. When I got home Monday night to observe the progress from that day I noticed a few things that I was immediately not satisfied with. One is that a pair of my own personal work gloves were covered in concrete dust and dirt as though they had been used. Furthermore, I noticed that a ceramic tile in the middle of my basement floor was cracked from them throwing their jackhammer chisel first right onto the tile. This was showing me signs of a company that employed workers that did not take pride in their work and have rather lazy and unprofessional respect for their customers or "HO's" as in homeowners as they call us. However, this issue was nothing more than something that would require me to discuss it with the foreman. I decided to wait till Wednesday when I was home so I could have this conversation with him face to face which is how I prefer to do business. In the utility room of the basement I have two cabinets that are filled with my personal expensive tools, the sty

I am so happy with the job Everdry did. They were so hard working and very courteous. I couldn't do stairs so they took pictures so they could show the work being done plus they would come up and talk to me. It has rained [everyday it seems] but no water downstairs. Thank you Everydry!

Selected Everdry to address a problem we had been having with occasional water seepage through a back basement wall during times of heavy rainfall or snow melt. I was impressed with their years in business, generally good reviews, warranty, and professionalism of their staff. Work crew arrived on time each day and were both courteous and conscientious. By nature, this is a messy and labor-intensive job, but the crew worked hard each day to minimize the mess and cleanup as best they could every day. The foreman was responsive to my questions and concerns, and took action to address any issues I had. There was a lot more to this job than I had even anticipated, but the foreman consistently explained the process at each step. While there were a few hiccups, I was generally satisfied with how the crew responded to any challenges along the way. They worked hard in some challenging (rainy) conditions, and seemed to work well together as a team. Our soil is particularly hard and clay-rich, but they persevered with only hand tools to dig the outdoor trenches for the new drainage system. Adding some more mechanized equipment might be something the company should consider for these kinds of conditions. It was tough back-breaking work for the crew. The crew also seemed to be short of extension cords and other basic tools and supplies that were needed, and I had to loan them some of mine. These were minor details and inconveniences that could be easily fixed. Overall, I am pleased with the general quality of the work performed, and hopefully it will address the water problems I have been experiencing. Based on my experience, I would recommend Everdry to perform this kind of work.

We recently had foundation work completed on my mother's home. Our experience with Everdry was extremely positive from the moment we contacted them for an estimate. First, they arrive when they say they will be there. I have to say I have never seen a group of workers work as hard as they do. It was, in my view, backbreaking work. They took very few breaks, and those were of very short duration. Despite the difficulty of the work, I heard no complaining. We were kept informed every step of the way with each day ending with a review of that day's work and what would be accomplished the following day. They kept to the proposed schedule and were finished according to plan. Each day and then after completion of the job, we were surveyed regarding our satisfaction with the work. This is truly a customer service oriented company.

The crew was excellent, they were very polite, clean and on time. The entire time they were working on our basement they layed down mat so to not track anything through the house and they cleaned up everyday. You wouldn't even know the basement was completely torn apart. I had to work everyday they were here and I felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home. The foreman kept in contact throughout the day with pictures of the work being done. Overall a great experience and now we are at ease with a water free basement. Jon and Dayna W. Rochester, NY

C.V.-Lockport, NY- This may be a bit long, but I hope it's helpful to someone. Let me start by saying that if you have to have a problem with major work going on in your home, it should be handled the way Everdry handled it. We signed a contract with Everdry to waterproof our perpetually damp basement, so that we would have the extra storage space, as we have a very small home. We were very excited about the prospect and could not wait for the work to begin. When it started, however, we were confused by what was being done, as what we saw did not seem at all what the salesman had sold us, and was most certainly not worth the price we agreed to pay; and on the third day, we made a call to Everdry. I was able to speak with the owner, Jessica, and she and her production manager Walter, were there within 2 hours. They inspected the work, and agreed that it was not to their standards, and we came to the agreement that they would halt the work, until she could get her best team out to our home. There were some winter weather issues, and it took until the middle of the following week to get back out to us (which we completely understood, we wouldn't ask anyone to risk their lives in nasty weather) and due to some issues with the solid bedrock upon which our home rests, the job took 3 weeks overall to complete. We had paid to board our dogs during that first week, and Everdry agreed to pay for the additional boarding for the days they had to use a jackhammer. Our dogs are our babies, and that they understood our concern for them (both are hounds with very sensitive ears) and were willing to accommodate them was excellent customer service, in our opinion. We had constant communication from Walter, the production manager as to what was being done, and when, and the finished job looks great. The basement has stayed dry, despite all of the wet, rainy weather recently. Overall, we are very pleased with the finished job, and with Everdry's customer service, despite the way things started. I would definitely recommend Everdry to friends and family members in need of basement waterproofing.

We needed so much work done to ensure that we would have a dry basement..we had the walls reinforced, a new sump pump installed, drain tile, outside drainage done. The workers that were here were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. For the amount of work they had to do they had it done in a timely manner. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves and you barely knew they were there! We had an issue with our sump pump back up battery and they came out and fixed the problem right away. Would definitely likely recommend to anyone that needs basement waterproofing done. We now love our worry free DRY basement!

Spent over $18K to have my basement waterproofed. Large team of guys to do the job, but not a single one actually cared what they were doing. Everything was fine in the basement for 3.5 years. This year, our battery died (it took 4 calls to the office just to get anyone to talk to me) and the people the came were clueless. Now we have water seeping into our basement. Again, 4 calls and more than 2.5 days before I could talk to someone. They won't send an 'inspector' for 2.5 more days, and then it's likely going to be a week before anything gets fixed. In the meantime, even though their product (for which we have a warranty) failed, we are responsible for the clean-up and covering any loss. The 'project manager' I talked to actually laughed at me when I suggested they should be responsible for the clean-up and loss. I have tried again 4 more times to call, now I'm scheduled 6 weeks out.

Great bunch of guys. They were very professional in everything . they did. After one week there was a slight problem ( that had nothing to do with their work) and after one call they were there the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with basement problems!

Under foreman , Joel, ever dry worked 3 days. Hard, muddy, and constant work was done by team: Joel, Levi, V, J, and Keith. They were very polite, friendly and careful of my property. Joel informed me of every step, material and process. Considering that I am a widow and in charge, Joel also educated me step by step. My moldy, damp, ugly basement exists no more. Love Easy Breathe, Dura shield, weep holes, trenching and strong men who work hard. Best parts: three day turnover, always in touch, good referred electricians, plumbers etc. thank you guys and Joel.

The crawl space half of house floor was hard work but they kept at it. They brought in extra help to meet dead line. Lots of dust and noise from drilling crawl space floor which is understandable. Other half of house want fast. Outside work was fast too. They gave advice about gutter run offs and need to bring in dirt. New sump system with backup pump with battery looks great. The Easy-Breeze Dehumidifier in crawl space exhausted to outside a plus too. All we heard good about them is true.
