They were very nice, they did a good job. We have no complaints. It went well.

It was pretty good. There are not many contractors who do that so I chose this one because they are closest to my house. They also had good reviews. It went real well.

The team showed up on time for the job. They set up a negative air system and we had no dust or fumes in the house and they were incredibly professional. The job was quoted at 3 days and was complete in 2.5. They were a little pricier than some other companies but they were professional and I felt good about the work being done and done with quality.

The team arrived right on schedule and worked steadily through the day and returned the next day to finish as was planned. They hauled away all debris, as there was moldy wood from the old pantry that needed to be removed. They mopped every surface down and left it clean and fresh. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

They connected concerns with the basement and the bedroom to the bathroom mold issues. They offered a full price of work in all those rooms. They estimate he said was half what he ended up sending us, though he did say it was best guess when he was with us.

Work is scheduled to begin 6/23 - to be determined!

My parents had fallen behind in home maintenance tasks over the years, and ended up with serious mold in their basement. I contacted Comprehensive Mold Management and scheduled an appointment within days. Paul, the owner, appraised the damage and thoroughly described the work they would do. I was able to sign the contract and put down a deposit electronically--how convenient! The work crew arrived on time on the appointed day. They were very polite and respectful to my mother and me. Dave arrived on time, looked over the situation, explained clearly what needed to be done, answered all my questions. Crew arrived on time, went right to work, showed me the results. Sold home and realtors were very pleased that we had used professionals and felt that the job done would appease any buyers who might have concerns regarding mold.

It could not have gone better. They are professional and qualified from start to finish...from receptionist, to owner/assessor, to mold remediation crew. Every option was addressed, every move was explained and the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We had mold in the rafters of our home and it was treated, coated (with a 5 year guarantee of no recurrence) and baffles were installed to allow proper airflow and deter the growth of future mold. Not only was the crew efficient, they were polite, informative and left the house and garage spotless. The owner followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Big "YES" there! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

I would recommend CMM to anyone who needed these services provided. The entire crew was very professional and friendly. It took 3 days to complete the work as they had originally planned. After I came home from work the first day, I would have never known anyone was in my house working. They cleaned up so thoroughly which was great because I have a 2 year old who sleeps in the room next to where the work was being done. I felt completely comfortable that things were sealed up as they should be and were not dirty at all. I even got a recommendation to get my gutters cleaned as they were up there and saw they were pretty clogged while installing the vents in the attic. I appreciated it very much as we are not 'handy' people! Obviously, the high cost is not fun, but I did not even bother getting a second opinion as CMM came so highly recommended and I thought Paul was very efficient when he came to do our estimate. Well worth the money to have it done correctly!

The workers did a wonderful job and were very professional and courteous. They were very careful to contain all the dust created by removal of the floor tiles. The original toilet was not fitted properly to the floor and they corrected that issue. They spent several days on this difficult project and stayed to the task the whole time. We were very impressed with their work ethic. We are very pleased with the job they did and the floor looks great. We have used this company for several projects in the house and have never been disappointed.

The employees of Comprehensive Mold Managment reported to work at our home each day on time and ready to go to work. They were good communicators and answered any questions we had. We had been told that it would take about 2 1/2 days for our project and it was right on the mark. The staff was very professional and very hard working. When they completed the project my husband had a walk through and the basement was spotless and we were extremely pleased. The basement is now an area that we want to be in and doubled the useable space in our home. It was a free consultation. Paul is the owner and he came out to do an evaluation to let us know whether or not we have any mold issues in our basement. He was very thorough and working hard on our basement and checking all the surfaces and making sure that there was no mold. He was also very honest, because I had another gentleman who told me that our yard has mold everywhere and that we have to care of it and it is going to cost $5000. And Paul told me that there is not a mold issue here at all. So he was very honest and very thorough. Another company came and also told me the same thing, that I have no mold issue.

Two young men, John and Nick, arrived on time, were very polite and courteous. They worked very hard on 2 of the most hot and humid days of the week. They performed the necessary work and at the end of the job they explained the details of what had been done. They removed all debris and left the basement very clean. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with their performance and professionalism, and extremely satisfied with the job they did. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I knew that before I did anything with my basement to make it a little more user-friendly, I should find out if mold was an issue and get that taken care of. I called in two companies, one being CMM (Paul Wagner is the owner). I liked both Paul and the other owner and trusted what they were telling me, Neither used scare tactics or tried in any way to exaggerate the nature of the problem. However, in the end, I felt more comfortable with Paul and his approach to the problem. So, despite the fact that his estimate was $1000 more, I decided to go with CMM. Paul worked with me to bring the price down a bit and was very accommodating in many other ways as well. The work began right on schedule and was finished within the week, even though I was certain it was going to extend over into the following week. Other than some unavoidable noise, tThere was virtually no disruption to my home or my life in general. The crew doing the work were just wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. They were friendly, courteous, super-nice to my dog, clean - you name it. Just like Paul, they were as accommodating as they could be. In the end, the basement feels better, looks better, and is much healthier. I highly recommend CMM.

They were actually a very lovely company. They were probably the second runner up. The people from the other company proposed a more comprehensive solution that would solve the problem. The people from Comprehensive do a fine job. But the people from the other company just extended the scope a bit more and solved more problems than what they were proposing. They didn’t charge me for the quote. They were very responsive.

Paul spent time taking me through his proposal and explaining the process for removing the mold and sealing my basement walls. He checked a number of other areas in my house that I had questions about and was patient with my questions and very open and honest about what did and especially what did not need to be done. The team did a wonderful job and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The basement looks great and is so much drier and more comfortable.
