You will not be disappointed with Kyle and company. Replaced old AC unit with a new AC/heat pump system. After the deposit Kyle didn't ask for any money until the job was DONE! AND...while other companies jacked up the price for a heat pump system, Kyle was on the nose. You won't be disappointed at all!!!!

I highly recommend Absolute Zero. Kyle didnâ t try to sell me upgraded equipment, he sold me what works sufficiently and what he would install in his house. I got a few quotes for the central AC and his price was the lowest. Installed in the attic that will be renovated into a room, he worked with me and planned and installed the air handler unit and all the ductwork where heâ d leave the center of the room open and did a great, clean job. He said the AHU upstairs and condenser unit outside would be quiet, I was shocked at how quiet everything was. He protected furniture and floors while they worked and left the house clean and tidy after leaving. Iâ m extremely pleased with the work and have already referred him to others.

Absolute Zero Air Conditioning and Heating is very reliable, honest and professional. Kyle and his crew were always on time as scheduled and happy to help. They did excellent work on getting my system working safely and correctly. They even stay longer to finish everything for the final inspection. Thanks to Absolute Zero and Kyle we will be moving in before Christmas. I very highly recommend Absolute Zero for all your heating and cooling needs.

Kyle replaced our central air outdoor unit and air handler in August 2020 When the Carrier unit we contracted for was not in stock he upgraded us to a better unit, that would have cost $800 more, at no cost! The new unit called for a 40amp circuit breaker so he replaced the 30amp breaker again at no extra cost. Reliable, expert, on time service with good communication.The install was neat and clean and I couldn't be happier.

Kyle is Great! He had installed central air in my home and did an A #1 job, I could not be more happy! Kyle is meticulous and knows his stuff. He came in, did the job in under 3 days (a new install). The guy works hard and fast and did a beautiful job. I got four separate quotes and his price was the lowest. He knew exactly what I needed. I verified the system he recommended with a friend who is my town building inspector and it was perfectly sized for my house. Kyle is professional, honest and a gentleman. You can not go wrong with Kyle and Absolute Zero. Highly recommended!

Kyle was very quick to respond. Our central AC unit failed to start. I called him and he was there and had it working in 90 minutes from when I called. Very professional and fairly priced.

I can't say enough good things about Kyle. His work is exceptional, he is professional and thorough. We Love our new central air, don't know how we lived without it! Can we talk about what a great guy Kyle is... we called him up a year after the install because we had an issue with the AC... not only did he get to our house within an hour(no exaggeration) of our phone call and not charge us anything, but he remembered that we have two daughters and brought carvel for both of them!! Can't recommend Absolute Zero enough!

Kyle was very professional, informative, and gave us a great customer service.. When we put the heating on for the first time this year, we heard very loud noise coming out of our heating system which we felt that it was much louder than last year. We were so concerned that after reading all the review from this site, we decided to give a try with Kyle. When we called him on Friday , Kyle said that the earliest time he can come over would be next Tuesday morning. But he said he will call me next day if he has time. It meant so much to us because we were in this house only for two years and we were literally clueless about this heating system. We were very concernced. While we were out next day, he actually did call us next day and asked me whether or not we were available. What a relief!! When he came in the afternoon, the funny thing was that the loud noise we thought we heard could not be heard. We were like, oh my!!! Anyway, he was very nice enough to charge us much less than his usual service fee. We thought he was very honest in what he is doing with his business and I would definitely hire him again with other future problems we may have and I would strongly recommend to others as well. Kyle is amazing. Dealt with another company that wanted to charge three times as much as Absolute Zero did. I especially respected that Kyle would send text messages letting me know his ETA and if he was delayed. Extremely professional and friendly (even after an entire day of being in immensely hot attics). Fixed my air handler pan and set up a new drain line. House is back to being cool again.

Absoulte Zero AC replaced my Central A/C unit last summer. I decided to wait a year before I wrote this review. The new A/C has been working great. As I write this the temperature outside today is 91F and my inside house temperature is 73 F. Also the new A/C came with an easy access door for cleaning unlike my previous A/C unit which was a problem. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. I highly recommend this service.

After a small misunderstanding with the appt time and date., the owner Kyle more than made up for it by demonstrating his vast knowledge of the business, professionalism and loyalty to his customers. I highly recommend Absolute Zero.

Kyle Burns did a great job installing our central air conditioning. He responded to my call with a quick estimate and was able to install within a few weeks time. The job took two days and he was neat and cleaned up well each night. Explained what he was doing and why.The price was very competitive. Kyle called to let us know when he was on his way and if he was running late. He services what he sells so I will not hesitate to contact him if there are any problems in the future. A great experience.

Kyle is a true professional! Best experience we have ever had with any contractor. He will come to your house and not try sell you anything that you don't need. Then he will come over and install the system himself with one helper. This is very rare that the owner of the company will actually install the product himself and do it to perfection.

This was the BEST experience I've ever had with any contractor in 40 years! Professional, friendly & courteous. Excellent workers-- fast and thorough. Explained everything clearly AND THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB CLEANING UP AND PUTTING EVERYTHING BACK. Used drop cloths everywhere-- vacuumed everything up. No mess anywhere, inside or out when they finished. HIGHLY recommend Kyle Burns' Absolute Zero!

After trying several different local companies, finally I came across the one that, in my opinion, should be used as an example to others in the business. Kyle, the owner, was Godsend professional I have long been looking for! Courteous, professional, patient and punctual are just few of many qualities that set Kyle and his team above the rest of his competition. I had a problem with my second floor furnace that was installed by the original builder. I knew that the unit had some issues and there were quite a few that were called for help. Time and again I was given a cliché answer: the unit is garbage and that there was no hope. Some, even recommended a complete system replacement! It is shame how many dishonest or perhaps just inexperienced people roaming the island everyday posing as pros. Right of the bat, Kyle pointed out that the furnace was improperly installed and identified two major code violations that surprise, surprise were ignored by the town inspector and my home inspector. There were a number major installation mistakes that had caused the unit to malfunction and work inefficiently. Kyle was able to identify every single problem there was and eliminate it saving me thousands of dollars. His work quality is impeccable. I will definitely continue my relationship with his company and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true HVAC PRO.
