WE HAD OUR FULL HEATING AND CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM REPLACED AND WERE TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIANCE. THE BOSS AND HIS CREW TOOK SPECIAL STEPS TO INSURE THAT OUR HOME REMAINED CLEAN AND UNDISTURBED. THE INTALLATION WAS ESSENTIALLY DONE IN ONE DAY. THE ENTIRE CREW WAS ALSO VERY POLITE. I have used this company twice, both times for emergency central ac repairs. Kyle came the same evening I called the first time, the next morning (after leaving a message the evening before) the second time. Both instances occurred when the temps were in the 90's (when else does your ac go out?), and Kyle was very busy. Yet both times he came promptly and fixed our unit at reasonable prices. I recommend him with-out reservation.

Kyle was very professional and his turn around time was absolutely incredible. Everything about my experience was 100% positive. I even had to have him come back for an unrelated issue and he took care if it no problem. He even took the time out to educate me on each of the parts on the unit and gave me tips on how to prevent future issues.

Kyle of Absolute Zero just finished installing central ac in our house and he was exceptional in all respects. Very knowledgable, neat, courteous, and he used his time very efficiently. He finished the work within the agreed upon schedule, and we are very happy with the job. We feel he gave us fair and honest opinions regarding the various units available and did not try to oversell us, or have us buy in to an unnecessary higher cost unit. I should also note that I had requested quotes from 5 different companies prior to choosing Absolute Zero. Absolute Zero was the lowest cost option out of the five contractors we contacted. Plus, unlike the other contractors I spoke to, Kyle was actually polite and responsive! I highly recommend Absolute Zero.

I was replacing 2 units that were 20 years old. Kyle came in and reviewed what I had and not only did he replace the 2 units he also rearranged the new units in the attic so that I had more room. He also correct the mistakes the first company made when the installed the units 20 years ago with the drains and other items of the previous installation. He reran a lot of the flex tubes so that they took up less space and made sure that they were insulated properly. He put down drop cloths every place he worked and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He was easy to work with and did a great job explaining what he was doing. I would highly recommend him!

This is really a very professional and efficient company. The guy Kyne is very skillful. He checked our house and the machine around, propose the solution. I was so surprised that in fact we have the proper air condition already. But we didn't know and how to take advantage of it. He solved our problems so easy and clear! Magic company and worker!
