Mongi got back to me a few seconds after I submitted on the site, and was able to come to my home to service my air handler in a few hours. He got the job done, explained it all to me, and quoted a fair price. Would definitely recommend him or use him again if I have issues in the future.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I'll tell my story and you can draw your own conclusions. When the recent heat wave struck, my central a/c wouldn't kick on so I requested help through HomeAdvisor. (This is a unit that was working well upon last use.) Mr. Chortani had 45 favorable reviews on HA, responded promptly and came right over. He was a very pleasant and chatty guy but he took one look at my compressor unit and said it had to be replaced for $3000. Having done a little DIY research, I knew that most failures are related to a blown capacitor or switch. Only when I asked him about checking these things did he go to his truck and switch these cheap parts out. He told me to restart the breaker, predicting a 50/50 chance it would work. The fan came on right away but he said the compressor was blown because it wasn't cooling. He then offered to find me a used unit and install for the bargain price of $3500 and that I had to pay all up front. I was up that night (sweating in 95 degree heat) and began feeling uncomfortable with the way things went down, so I rechecked his reviews and noticed an extremely wide referral pattern with some repeat names. On Monday I asked a local guy to come check the unit. Two wires were installed inversely. As soon as they were put back in place, the unit worked perfectly. I informed Mr. Chortani that the unit was functioning and he promptly refunded $3250, holding $250 for his service. I supposed he might have accidentally mixed up the wires? caveat emptor.

My A/C unit broke and we knew it was something bigger than Capacitor / Contactor / Motor Fan. Mr. Chortani (Mongi) picked up my request promptly after I submitted on Home Advisor. He reached out and made appointment the next day. A/C unit needed compressor replacement, he did tremendous job in relative short amount of time and charged reasonable. He is the owner who does the job himself (Honest / Punctual / Hard working) and I would highly recommend him for any A/C or electric needs.

I hired this company based on the recommendation from Home Advisor. Mongi was very accomodating and fix my leaking A/C immediately. Unfortunately, the A/C kept leaking and so he came within two days to resolve the continuing problem. I turned the A/C on yesterday when the weather turn hot, and I haven't had a leak. What is especially nice is that Mungi is keeping in touch with me to make sure all is OK, and he has said that he will be available if it is not. I call that service. I'll keep you informed how things go.

They responded very quickly and after some diagnostics was able to repair the issues. Mongi was courteous and provided the options that were available and charged a reasonable price. We will be using him again.

Mongi was very professional when working to fix my furnace the first time. My wife and I were very happy with the work he did on fixing the furnace that we also asked him to install a new water less tank and the work was done professionally. He came when he said he would come and worked on it right away. He has also provided me with good tips for maintenance. The work was done promptly and his estimation of the time of the work was pretty good. I would recommend him to other friends that I know because we were happy with the work. Whatever he quoted me as the price is what was the expected cost with no additional hiccups you may find from some other contractors. Given the communication he has with his customers also puts me at ease that if I have to call him for any questions he will promptly respond.
