We experienced a major leak from inside our A/C unit (not from the condensate pump), and needed immediate attention during the August hot spell. Wes responded promptly to our inquiry on Home Advisor within 30 minutes, and arrived just 2 hours after our post. He was honest, professional and spent almost 2 hours trying to get our 22 year old system back up and running. Ultimately the Lennox air handler fan failed and we opted for a full system replacement, rather than the $1,400 for parts from Lennox direct. We would heartily recommend Alia and Wes for your HVAC needs.
