They took my money and never came back and now it is impossible to get my money back or get a response from them.

Plumber came out for a leak and determined it was a grout issue, not a plumbing issue. The plumber was great but the company charged us a $300 service fee, just for coming to the house. No plumbing work was done. The worst was that when I called and set up the appointment I asked about fees, and they refused to give me any information or estimates. Obviously a large plumbing job costs more than a small plumbing job, but they could have told me that it would cost a few hundred dollars to do no plumbing job. Terrible service.

Edgar came and did a great job. Installed a new sump pump and a new hose.

They repaired/replaced faucets that other plumbers said they could not do. They came the day after they called. I assumed I was only getting an estimate but they actually did the work that day. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

They were excellent I had called 5 other plumbers explaining the emergency and that I had to shut off water to the entire house. They all told me I had to wait til Friday woth no water and would charge an emergency call. Plumbing today of Southern NY not only called me back but had a plumber at my house within an hour of calling me. Super super super helpful had the part that was needed .

I think the technician is very good, fixed the issue very efficiently. but, the cost for the repair is TOO HIGH. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The company contacted me soon after I indicated I had a water leak problem. The technician came, evaluated the leak problem, and replaced the faulty pipes that had caused the leaks. I could not have asked for better service and would not hesitate to contact them again if needed. I was greatly relieved by their quick response to this major leak. I would certainly recommend their company to family and friends!

$250 to tighten a nut because I was told they had to charge for a house call. The job was flexible and I could have waited for quotes.

Scheduling took months. The process was opaque and I kept receiving contradictory information about how the scheduling process worked. However, the guys who came to do the job where great and did great work.

They replaced sump pump sure it wasn't working, but later snaked the drain for added costs. Isn't working much better than before they came, more than $800 later. They brought a 75 foot snake when I clearly advised in my request that they have one of at least 100 feet. Didn't learn that until they were well into the job. The worker was pleasant and polite, but I was left unsure if I will have the same problem soon. They finally said they believed I just have a broken drain and said they could fix it for $4,000 to $5000. A lot for digging up and replacing a plastic sump pump drain pipe. Too much for me.

Did not show up on the initial bid. Called 1 1/2 hours later to reschedule. We rescheduled and again they were late calling me when we were supposed to meet. They have no carpenter. I believe it is a two person gig trying to appear much larger, with a wife or girl friend doing the books.
