Tried to give 0 stars but was unable! Made an appt for today and was told they would arrive between 8-10am. Verified my contact info at the time I scheduled in case there was an issue. No call no show! Missed 2 paid classes for my children while waiting! Tried to contact business... vm is full! Unbelievable!

these guys were great, but i thought the price was pretty high for a relatively simple job. great work though, and fast!

The tech arrived with the wrong size water heater, but he was able to make a couple of repairs and I was able to get hot water without the replacement. All good in the end.

The plumber came when it was convenient for me, he was on time, professional, and friendly.

Problem was fixed to our satisfaction in a timely manner, representative was very knowledgeable and polite.

Plumbing Today went above and beyond to fix the clog that I had in the main drainage pipe that runs from my house to the street. Jamie, the serviceman was extremely professional and courteous. Cassidy, in the office, made every effort to schedule an appointment immediately and I had Jamie at my house within an hour of my initial call. The problem has been 100% fixed and the cost didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will call them again for future needs.

I own a multifamily rental property in the Mansion district of Albany. I had to replace an old water heater for one of my tenants and I decided to pick Plumbing Today because they had a lot of good reviews. The water heater was replaced and some old piping was also replaced. I really appreciated the followup calls from the scheduler who kept me informed about when the technician would arrive and when the work was completed. One thing that was a little annoying was that I couldnt contact the technician directly. I was worried that he'd replace the wrong one but it turned out just fine.

This company gave me a high price and wrong diagnosis on problem with my water system. I had water when they came, and had no water when they left (even having them come back several times). They did not replace all the parts they needed to, one pivotal part leaks, they did not make proper adjustments, they did not leave parts as they should (foot valve left out of water in well, several valves to parts of house were left off).

Excellent service. Clean and pain free. Great guys lots of experience in the field .. solved a problem that two other companies could not even diagnose. Professionals! Would recommend them to everyone. James and Ryan!! Good team.

Beware attempt to charge exurbanite fees above and beyond contract and normal prices. A contract is meaningless to this company.

Nice guy. Seemed expensive but I did need the service same day. there may be water damage under where plumbing work was done, would have limited to have known the water was leaking ahead of time.

Bill arrived early in the two hour window. He asked what needed to be done, I told him, and he got right to work after getting what he needed from his vehicle. Not only was he fast, he was also very funny. Couldn't have taken him more than 10 minutes to finish the job; I think it took longer to handle the check and paperwork...;)

He's kind courtesy and if we need him again we'll definitely give him a call back.

The plumber who was sent out arrived on time and did an okay job repairing a leak and clogged drain pipe. However, the job took way too long and was far too expensive. To top it off, the next day a new leak appeared in the work he had done.

Do not pay them in full before the job is finished. I made that mistake and now I have a big gaping hole in my front yard. I call the office and all I keep getting is the run around.

I was very pleased with the service. He came to me quickly and was very kind. He also had great pricing, I was extremely happy.
