Excellent service

Representative was late the first due to an emergency job. Would have appreciated a phone call. With that said, when he arrived, he was all business. he explained what he had to do each step of the way and was efficient and professional. Unfortunately, a grinder broke down which caused him to have to return the next day to complete the job. The second day he was prompt and able to complete the job. It was a difficult job because in an old house nothing is never as it seems. Easy fixes are not in line so the challenges he met along the way pushed the price up. It was worth every penny! Will be calling next week to have him return to complete another job. And we have plans for a return visit in the Spring. I would recommend this company to all. The guarantees on the finished work make you feel secure in the work completed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Project is still in progress and hard to evaluate since I was not preseny. 'But all indications are that project was completed above all expectations.

We did not know what was causing our issue with low water pressure. This company was fast, professional, on time and fixed our problem without trying to sell us something we didn't need ( i.e. Water main). We will hire them for all our plumbing needs from this point on.

A company representative came to our home, reviewed the various repairs which needed to be done ( 5 separate projects, including replacing two full fixtures) and provided an estimate. Once the price and warranty were agreed upon, the job was scheduled for a date and time. The technician showed up on the scheduled day and time, worked throughout the day with a minimum of breaks, and did a terrific job. I would use this plumbing service again, though a homeowner must be prepared to pay top dollar for the excellent service provided.
