They came in got the job done without any problems. They are very detail when explaining what the job may require. I was highly satisfied with this service.

I was given an estimate of $285 and it ended up being $500 without any notice of an increase in estimated price. I called PT to inform them of what happened and they said they would call me back once they talked to the 2 employees. I'm still waiting for the phone call. I have another plumbing job I need fixed but I will most surely use another company.

The crew was fantastic. They were on time and finished the installation of a new septic tank and distribution box a day early. The lawn was destroyed and I should have taken their advice, hired them and paid more to have it grated and seeded with grass.

Response time was incredible. Wayne had to repair a dbl kitchen sinks' leaky pipes which had previously been 'fixed' 3 years ago; however, that repair used pvc pipes cut in multiple pieces and wrapped with about 9 yards of black electrical tape! guess I'm lucky it lasted 3 years.

The technician Richard M. was very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job repairing the leak under our kitchen faucet. I would hire Plumbing Today again.

Showed up late. I told him specifically what I wanted and only quoted me to see what the problem was. My wife was in labor and made me sign and pay without reading the full description as I was in a rush to the hospital. I told him I wanted the full Sheetrock cut out and he charged me for a small section just to see the problem.

The exterior faucet on the side of my house needed replacement... the sillcock was old & damaged, and water trickled out from the faucet no matter how tightly the handle was turned. Plumbing Today inspected the situation and verbally said a replacement faucet & pipe should be around $200 or so, which is in line with what another plumber told me last year. However, when I got the actual quote, it was nearly double of what I was told! When I asked why, I was told because they would use a longer pipe... 12" as opposed to 10". I can't imagine how 2" would cause the price to go up that much. I needed the job done since no other available plumbers responded to my phone calls, but I truly feel that the price was too high. The tech did a great job though, and the new faucet works very well.

i felt they did a good job and were knowledgeable about the process. CIPP was a better alternative to tearing down my porch and digging up my yard. with a 50 guarantee the pipe should last longer than me!
