I had these guys replace tubing, sink/shower hardware, and water heater thermostats and heating rods. Everything works and looks great.

It took two days to get someone to my house and only after I complained that no one showed up or called the first day after I took the afternoon off. The second day someone was suppose to show up between 2-3:00 but wasn't able to get here until after 5:00. Once he got here Rob was very knowledgeable, professional, and got right to work. Everything was explained to me in detail and reviewed what needed to be done and the cost involved. Work completed and I am happy that it's done. I do not give any credit for timing or letting me know about the delays- I also wasn't able to call Plumbing Today repair to leave a message as the voice mailbox was full. That aspect has got to be corrected.

The project consisted of replacing all water lines from source to fixtures. They left some existing lines including those beneath kitchen sink where there is a leak where they joined the old and new lines and company has not sent someone to repair leak. The first plumber to work on the project did not seem capable or ambitious and spent half the day sitting in the truck and did not return. No one called from the company and it was a few days later before a pair of plumbers arrived. One was very good and the other was in training. They called and said they needed another $345 to complete the water lines which was later waived when I contacted the company and asked them to review my contract which stated "replace all lines to fixtures." They completed the work and the following day I noticed the lead under the kitchen sink and contacted the company who said they would try to send someone out. That was 2 days ago, haven't heard from them since.

Hired to line my sewer line in one day. 3 days later after equipment failures, arriving 2-3 hrs late each day, "lost" equipment in my line so had to dig up yard anyway, and after all of that and lying to me about how the job was going, they only lined part of my sewer line. The last 7-9 feet are not lined AT ALL. How do I know? I had to hire another company to come in with a camera so I could see what they had been doing for 3 days on a one day job. They then demanded full payment or they would place a lien on my property and charge maximum interest. This company is unscrupulous, unprofessional and should not be on Home Advisor.

I knew it would be expensive, but not that expensive. The technicians were very courteous and professional. While they were here they also looked at my other sump pump and added something that would make it work better. He explained it and I understood it at the time, but I don't remember it now.

Very nice people to work with. Did the work in a timely fashion.
