This was my 3rd time with a clogged drain. Each time with a different plumber and all did the same thing but Plumbers Today was more than double the price of other plumbers

Their motto is "Plumbing today or you don't pay..." Well, I don't know what that is supposed to mean, but this company contacted me within 2 minutes of my submitting my request to Home Advisor. They promised to have someone out to my home that afternoon or the next day. The leak was small and manageable, so I said ok. No one came that day and no one the next. I phoned them around 4 pm on day 2 and asked what was going on and they promised again to get someone there the next morning... day 3 (Friday). Someone finally came late Friday afternoon (after I called again!). He was very knowledgeable and nice, but the guy who was the expert on my type of repair would not be available until Monday. I had to phone them AGAIN on Monday when noon was approaching, but then the "expert" arrived, diagnosed my problem, gave me several estimates on my choices, and the leak is repaired. I would have thought they would have made my call more of a priority when they put me off and put me off. And what about the free visit, since it certainly wasn't attended to "today"?

Steer clear of these shysters! I hired these guys to test my water and do some work at my house back in April, and I'm still waiting for the water test results today (10/29/16). I finally had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and did receive a partial refund for the work they never completed. Following is the report I filed with the Better Business Bureau: On April 20, I hired Plumbing Today to replace our pressure tank, test our water quality and find the location of our second well. The worker that came to my house offered me a package deal where they would also clean out my septic tank as well. A tap water sample was given to the worker and I was told that I would get the results in two weeks. Workers showed up nine days later and replaced my pressure tank. They then told me they'd be back the next day to locate my second well - but they didn't show up, or even give me a call to let me know they would not be coming. They showed up two days later to resume the work of locating the second well and also locate the opening to my septic tank. The location of my second well was determined by one of the workers walking around in the woods behind my house for no more than twenty minutes - for this I was charged $1,900.00. It was determined that the pipe from that well was broken and no longer feeding into my pressure tank, so an additional fee of $395.79 was charged to replace piping and check valves connected to my pressure tank. Upon completion of the plumbing work, the guys then located the lid to my septic tank, and then dug out a hole approximately two feet wide and one foot deep less than ten feet from my back door. They left the dirt from the hole in a pile on my lawn next to the hole and said a crew would be along to empty my septic tank. They also recommended that a riser be installed on my septic tank to make it easier to locate the next time I needed the tank emptied - the charge for this would be an additional $300.00. I naturally expected the septic crew to show up within a day or two, but nobody showed up. For the next few weeks I began calling their office to see when the work would be done, but was repeatedly told that they would call me right back to let me know when the crew would come out to my house. This happened six times over the course of a few weeks, and the woman I dealt with on the phone was extremely curt and rude. I was finally told that the crew would be at my house in three weeks. Three weeks passed - and they didn't show up. I Began calling the office again and was told the work would be done on Thursday, June 30th. Once again, no-one showed up to do the work; when I called the office, I was told that I wasn't even on their schedule. Twice more in the past week I was told that they would check with their crew to see when the workers would do the work, but again they didn't return my phone calls. Work was started in April, and now it is July and I've still got
