Said free estimate on ad they when leaving had to pay. Said need new hot water heater but before getting a new one heater was working again. They lied about all they ad and say.

I had a faucet in my shower that was not working correctly. I called HA and they connected me. The plumber came and immediately knew what was wrong with it. Gave it a tweak and he was done. Fast in responding to your needs, great knowledge and service. This is the second time I have used them.

The Tech was informative Advised me of what needed to be done. Explained why. He was informative and polite. Once I was aware of what needed to be done. He went and completed his work and cleaned up after himself. He did show me a before and after pictures of what was needed and the end product. I would definitely use them again.

village sewer system backed up into my home.... the came and snked it out and cleaned up the mess of raw sewage that was forced into my home......

Polite and prompt. Adjusted the inside of the toilet and it stopped leaking/running. $95 for the service call. Happy Camper.
