When he set the water heater on some blocks to keep it off the floor I told him it was a little crooked. I think it may be a problem even though tech said it shouldn't be. I guess he could of taken a few more minutes to correct problem.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgable. He was professional and worked very efficiently. We we're very pleased with this service call.

There technicians are on commission, They will try to up sell you for your job. Piece by piece the price will get increased. A simple drain cleaning cost $1500.00 because they were going to do a lining in the drain. Get the price right from the start and don't let them keep adding additional services.

Hired for repairing a water heater. Immediately he checked and showed me that the inner bladder was broken and I would need a replacement. Came back with a new water heater. Was installed pretty quickly and he noticed that one of the pipes going to the water heater was corroded really badly (actually to the point of leaking without the water being on). He fixed that pretty quickly too. Final project came out great and I have hot water again.

Our sump pump would start on its own and caused flooding. They came out on the same day I called them. They checked to possibility of fixing it before installing a new one. It was too old to get a part for it so they installed a new one. It is working great and has a good warranty. They were professional and pleasant to work with.
