Highly recommend Plumbing today. Next day service. Wayne, the tech, was friendly, sized up the problem, had a replacement sump pump with him that he had anticipated needing, quick successful install. Oh, if contractor experiences were all this easy!

I paid for an attempted solution to a clogged price that did no work, then paid for another solution. I find it uncomfortable to pay for something they recommended doing and it not working then paying them for a different solution. I also find it inappropriate that the repair guy told me that he gets paid solely on commission basis, so obviously to his benefit to raise the overall costs of the solution

Came on time. Was here about an hour. Said he couldn't unclog it, still charged $287 and advised me that it would require a $1100 REPAIR CHARGE TO ABLE TO UNCLOG IT. I called another plumber, who came the next day who unclogged it and charged $90. Took him about 20 minutes. I complained to Plumbing Today management and have not heard back.

Horrible experience. Horrible service. Didn't even complete the job he set out to do and then found out from a subsequent pro that the job NEVER EVEN NEEDED TO BE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. $4,000 for nothing. What a ripoff. Buyer beware--go somewhere else.

Craig was my service profressional for the waterheater replacement. But excellent customer service started when I called to book an appointment. I was told that someone would be at my house between 8-10, at 915 the dispatcher called to tell me Craig was on his way. By 930 he was here. Craig was friendly and courteous as soon as he came to the door, he explained everything and answered all my questions. The value and price was what I expected. I would definately use Plumbing Today in the future and would highly recommend.

Only had to have som ething tightened and was not charged.

Plumbing Today came out and fixed our well on a Sunday. It took about 3 hours to complete, but they were completely professional, friendly. They explained everything they were doing and gave us a 10 year guarantee on their work. I don't think we will have any problems again, but if we do we will call them. If you want great quality work. Had an issue and it has taken over six months and it is still not resolved. I would never use them again.

The web site indicated their business was 2 blocks from my home, it was 45 miles away. The first visit was an assessment they arrived 3 hours late, the install date they came almost 3 hours late again, but install was quick. They charged $951 for tankkless hot water heater install that took 4.5 hours...High $$ included a small amount of copper pipe and a small condensate pump..

Tests performed before and after their "repair" were different leaving me to wonder if the extensive work performed was even necessary. their claim to have photographs proving the need for the work have not been forthcoming - even after repeated requests over two weeks. They were not only repeatedly late for their appointments but even managed a no-show. When they dug up my yard they started the dig a good 12 feet away from where I told them they would find the pipe and after trenching towards the position I indicated, lo and behold they found it! Those performing the work seemed to be uninformed about the replacement parts that I had been told would be employed requiring me to make a 6 PM run to the hardware store to purchase the parts they needed or have the old defective parts reinstalled. The gent left to do the wiring was not familiar with wiring and got coaching over his phone from someone who was reluctant to come to the site because it was late and he'd not yet eaten. After several tries, the pump worked again. When all was said and done, I was out nearly $6,000 and the initial complaint I called them about was not resolved. Indeed, I have since learned that an internal whole house filter may have been the culprit all along and that what they fixed may or may not not have been a contributing factor. Frankly, we'll never know - particularly since the test they performed after their work was different than the one that initiated the work. In addition to all of this, they claim to do work with wells but the crew indicated that most of their work is with municipal systems. If you have a well get someone else. The one positive thing I can say is simply that all were pleasant people and always "apologetic" for their screw ups but I find myself six grand lighter in the savings and not at all convinced that the work was even needed or even remotely corrective.

Fast service. Booked on-line Sunday night. I was contacted that night and service was Monday afternoon. At first, I thought the price of a little over $300 was a little high. Tech was a great guy. Friendly, professional and he was not going to leave until the drain was clear. The drain was clogged with grease and had been running slow for over a month. Not a job I wanted to do. He was able to clear it after about two hours of handwork. He kept any mess to a minimum, cleaned up after the job and gave me some advice on how to prevent it from happening again. It was a good value and I would hire them again.

Quick service and friendly people. Plumbers are expensive but they were less than another plumber who quoted me.
