That was some problems with communication from their office, but when the technicians got here they did a good job on the work.

They were very friendly and courteous. I felt like a lot of time was used figuring out the problem( waiting for proper equipment to arrive) and was significantly overcharged for the work that was done.

We called several plumbers to clear our main drain on Sunday and none were available. We used HomeAdvisor for the first time and the plumber from Plumbing Today arrived within 90 minutes and cleaned the drain. He was polite, professional and timely. We would definitely use this company again and also HomeAdvisor.

(Septic leach fields) The 2 workers that did the job were very nice and explained things to me. I think the job took too long, at least a week. I was told 1 day but they did run into an issue. Mid day they were told to leave the job and go to another and I told them not to leave , I wanted the job finished. They were suppose to seed and hay the lawn and they did not seed, only the hay. I called and they did send someone to seed but the hay had to be raked up first. Started 8/28/17 and finished with seed on 9/14/17. The days they did not show, no one called me. Someone is not on the ball. Although the supervision was off, the laborers did a great job.

Hired Plumbing Today to connect house to town sewer using a grinder pump. They started work without a permit and were stopped by the town. Furthermore, they did not get approval for the grinder pump from county sewer district resulting in the project being completely stalled for six weeks. I had to finally terminate the contract with Plumbing Today and hire someone else to do the work. The work was completed in two days!

I am on well water. The "Pro" indicated that the low water pressure was due to the hot water heater needing to be flushed. This was done. Additionally the piping (About 2 feet) and ball valves for the hot and cold water entering and exiting the heater were replaced. "Pro" indicated that the pipe inside the heater was probably mostly clogged and that that accounted for the pressure issue. The water heater was replaced 6 years ago. I suggested that the well holding tank would probably benefit from attaching an air compressor and raising the diaphragm pressure but the "Pro" indicated that that was not the cause. Upon completion of the work there was no noticeable increase in the water pressure but there was a noticeable decrease in my money inside my wallet. Completely dissatisfied and would not use this company again. Actually thinking of doing the same with Home Advisor.

I called a national "rooter" company first. I was told that the clog that had shut down all 19 of the toilets in my building would have to wait 36 to 48 hours before they could get to it. I had never used HomeAdvisor before but decided to check it out. Two minutes after simply detailing my problem online, I got a call back from Plumbing Today. They told me they could have a guy there in 2-4 hours. He arrived in just over 1 hour and was able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. From now on I will always call Plumbing Today for any plumbing issue in my building and I will always check HomeAdvisor first.

The crew that did the work at the house was great. We had multiple appointments missed for emergency calls, which is understandable, however every time our appointment window was missed, we had to call to get an update. Communication was really lacking from the office.

Dont use them, showed up a couple hours late.

They did not show up on the dates they said they were going to. Called me at eight one morning and said they were going to be there that day and they did show up that day. They were going to put a bladder in my existing sewer line. Something malfunctioned and the bladder collapsed . They had to dig up my hill to subsequently replace my line. I was trying to avoid any digging of my hill because I have a double deck and was concerned the whole top of my property would erode. It took them a total of two weeks to complete the mess.

Amazing work, in and out in just a few hours, replaced my main sewer line fast and cheap. Thanks!
