Workers were not professional. Workers were smoking on the job. Workers were digging with their hands and feet around septic tank. Offered shovel, it was refused. Workers mixed cement with their hands rather than use a hoe. Workers had to ask me for soap after working on septic tank. No hand sanitizer on truck. Holes were left in yard, no topsoil or reseed provided. Outrageous price for the actual materials and labor. Very disappointed.

Tom from Plumbing Today is now our trusted go to plumber. He was honest, fair, quick with his work & clean to boot. And a totally nice guy! We would recommend him in a heartbeat. Trying to get a hold of them is nearly impossible, they never once sent me a receipt. It has been an absolute mess. At first I was satisfied but now I have to keep repeating myself. They came out for 20 minutes to snake a line that there was nothing in and charged me way to much!

Hired them, showed up to take the deposit, not follow up with their appointments, canceled 4 times.

Same day repair for a sewer issue! And it didn't break the bank. A terrific experience. If you're in Albany, and you need a plumber, this is the one!

Price was high, but work was exceptionable.

The appointment was scheduled for 9 I got a call about 9:20 saying the plumber would be there shortly. He got there around 10:15.

In summary, everything was excellent, aside from the price being steep for the work performed. Otherwise, service individual was very pleasant, professional and willing to accommodate my needs and schedule.

Run, Run, Run way when you hear this name. I have hired many contractors throughout my life and this company has to be one of the worst ones in my opinion and experience. The only time these people will move quick is when they have your check. I hired this company for a new water main service in the city. The local city inspector notified me this was a 1 day job (2 day max) to complete this service. After approximately 5 weeks of SOOOOOOOOO mny lies, false promises, come to the job, leave the job, come to the job, leave the job and excuses and excuses, they have finally completed the task. I warn you, once you provide them your money, get ready for the lies, excuses and no-shows from this company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Overall a good experience with customer service. The plumber they sent was experienced and professional. The price was steep but I needed the work done so I went with it

I had a need for downstream septic tank pipe replacement. There had been a broken section, a team of two people came out and evaluated the job. On the spot they gave me a price quote and send t here technician out to work immediately. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally. I planned to backfill myself and before the tech left he gave me tips on how to do some extra preventative things as well as how to pack the dirt on the backfill. This was above and beyond for the job and I appreciate it.

The plumber came on Sunday and he was able to find the problem with the washer not draining. He took the base at the bottom is of the washer apart and found old paper towels inside the base. The dryer is running better now.

Plumbing Today has great people and on the ready. But it's a pretty penny. Make sure to be ready with full cash. You can also finance with them and get load and an APR% proportionate to your credit.
