I replaced a grinder pump in my finished basement bathroom, and this company is very experienced in this type of service. So very confident in them

I'm happy with the service.

They arrived in a van that does not include common replacement parts, a common U trap, resulting in a trip to the store and a further $50 fee. Way overpriced!

Jimmy was wonderful! Honest and fair and timely. He followed up to make sure everything was working well. I would (and have!) hire him again for a project.

This company is great. They made a repair a year ago that failed and came back and fixed it for free! Great company! I would hire again and again.

They are expensive. I was rescheduled and had to wait another week for service. They do not live up to the motto that service is free if not the same day.

Very nice company. Very polite office staff. Waiting for the work to be done thanks to the weather, but I am excited. The work was done in 2 days and talk about a professional group. Very friendly, expeditious, cleaned up everything and leveled the yard after putting in the sump pump extension. I would definitely hire them again and probably will next year for another project!

Did excellent work and explained everything they were doing.

They were prompt and did a good job by fixing my shower and sewer! But the office manager later called me to say that I would have to pay a different amount for the sink as they could not find the problem and that their worker spends a long time trying to fix it. I told her that I had already paid them for the entire job and I was not going to pay them again. I need a refund of my money for the sink! The person who came to do the job even told her that it was not my fault that his equipment broke - an agreement is an agreement. I paid in full for the service without getting the entire job done. I must say that the person who did the job was absolutely a professional and that is why I gave them 3 stars! I want my money back for the SINK!!

The plumber was timely, courteous and professional. He listened to our concerns and addressed all aspects of the job in a professional manner. I am pleased with the quality of the workmanship.
