They are expensive, but they are the only company that can line an existing sewer line invaded by tree roots. The alternative estimates by other plumbers were equally costly, plus those would have entailed repairing my jackhammered driveway and dug up yard. The team arrived promptly and did the work efficiently, explaining the process to me as they proceeded. I would recommend them without reservation

There was no problem with the water heater and they verified that for us which was great. But it cost me 200 bucks for them to just do that which in my opinion was pricey.

They want 2 visits, first only to price the job.

Said my water pressure was low, that is it. Hire a Plummer, he said the water pressure was good. $300 for the cost of these two and I still have the same problem. I could have bought a new one. Not happy with the with the whole thing.

They were quick and very helpful.

They came out to inspect and diagnosis my problem with the septic tank quickly. Then had me pay half of the quote for pumping the tank up front to "reserve my time for the next day". Then they canceled my appointment twice because there truck was in the shop. The gentleman who came out failed to mention that the company's only truck was in the shop, so our appointment would not be guaranteed to be done in a timely manner. They did agree to refund my money and tried to make it right. But they should not have taken my money if they were not sure the service was available. I went with another company and they pumped the tank and diagnosed the problem the same day and it was half the cost.
