They did an adequate job.

The work was fine but the water was leaking that created more damage. The guy was nice, and came out quickly but the price was a little high.

Lack of communication regarding my problem is frustrating. Workers sent to my home were polite.

This outfit is way over priced. I had one 1/2" copper elbow on a radiator loop that needed replacing and it cost me $356.00. The technician was great. Matt was friendly and did real quality work, but the cost was ridiculous.

I was kept abreast of any delays but Rob the plumber arrived within the time frame provided. He did an exceptional job quickly and professionally after giving me a very reasonable estimate of the work to be done. I will definitely recommend Plumbing Today to family and friends.

This is the second time I have used this company, I have recommended to others and definitely use them in the future.

The technician was nice, but after clearing the line, he told me there was a bigger problem that would cost $2000 to fix. When he left, the sewer line still backed up when I did laundry. It turned out that he hadn't gone far enough in the line to find the real problem, which was tree roots. I asked someone else to look at it and for twice the amount of time, and $10 less, the other guy took care of it.

3day delay from initial visit to tank clean out.

Tom was a pleasure to work with. I will ask for him by name in the future.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. The only negative I have is that I needed a new elbow for under the sink and they wanted to charge me $208. Other than that the original issue was solved

They came when they were supposed and were very professional. I had a small job that didn't require replacement parts so I just wished the base fee for coming out wasn't so high. But it was something I couldn't do myself so I can't complain. Very good company.

The job was not finished by the 1st plumber then it was repaired poorly by the 2nd plumber and when job was done and they got paid it took them nearly a month to turn my water on and I had to go to city hall to the plumbing inspector to help me get in contact with them only to find out they never pulled a permit and that's why they gave me the run around cause they had to contact the water department and didn't want the city to find out they didn't pull a permit for the crappy job they did...i had to call Roto rooted to fix it!!

The plumber was courteous.

They were super quick and fixed the issue completely.
