It should have been told to us when scheduling the appointment that there was a $195 fee just for stepping in the door. They were quick to return our call and drive 2 1/2 hours from their first appointment to get here, and that was definitely appreciated. However, they did not show up in the time window scheduled (we waited all day) and once here were more interested in selling us a new unit than trying to repair our old unit. In short, they did absolutely nothing and charged us a $200 service fee and provided us with estimates to replace the unit which included the $200 service fee again. We opted to go with another company.

Technician notified me as to when he would be here and was on time and was very knowledgeable about my system and explained everything very clearly. He also checked other parts of the water system.

Our home was visited 3 times before this was done and several rude encounters with conpamy s customer service until the new water heater was properly installed. The second visit was in the same day as first and was because the part needed wasn t available during first visit. We were quoted a low price during first visit as technician said we could reuse part of our existing heater. He came back with a new heater and price that was no longer less than competitors prices but we kept the process going to get it done. New heater was installed and FULL old heater left in our basement to leak on our floor until we called to complain that it was leaking And we didn t anticipate that or we would not have ever allowed it to stay for the few days the technician told us he needed until he could get back to our house to remove it. Third visit was to remove heater. A couple of new people came to the house and struggled to remove the full heater and proceeded to dump the water into the sewer drain next to our property. This company cost us more then competitors and was a massive hassle to arrange to be home for multiple visits. D- grade.

They really know their pump and well business. I thought they were great and would definitely recommend them. They are friendly and very knowledgeable.

The service was on time and professional. He needed to repair the flapper on my toilet. When he was done which took all of 10minutes, he presented the bill which was $295.00. He never gave me an estimate and I never asked thinking how much could replacing the flapper cost. I asked him to remove the part and he left without payment. Again, he was very professional. I went to the store, bought a flapper for$4.94 and installed it myself.

4 hours late, showed up as I was getting ready to leave for work and blocked my driveway then charged way too much for the job! Never again will I hire them!!!!

Very professional and accommodating. They did a great job pumping out my septic system. They even came on a Friday night of a holiday weekend so I was ready for a party the next day.

Very professional company. Came when they said they would and the estimate was very close to what I paid. Installer was quick and really knew what he was doing. Very satisfied and would hire them again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

There is no customer service! They have not returned to correct problems. They have not been forthcoming with receipts I needed to prove to one of their suppliers that his bill to them for septic sand was paid and he has now filed a lien against my house since this is where the sand is. My assumption is that they never paid him. The work was done last fall and this spring there was a deep hole directly over the old septic tank! Apparently they didn't fill the old tank adequately and the sand seeped down. This is dangerous and smelly and they have not responded to my requests to come and look at it, let alone rectify it! I now have an attorney involved (more $$) and I can't use my backyard. Not pleased!

The plumber who came over was very nice, but I was stunned by how much I was charged. I had the part already so I was really only paying for labor. It was a small job just replacing an outdoor faucet, but I was way overcharged. I won't use this company again.

There was a 2+ hour lag time because the pro did not have a hand cart to move the water heater even though the job was to install one

I was very happy with the quality of their work. Even though it took longer than estimated because of unforeseen problems they continued in a professional manner. I highly recommend PLUMBING TODAY.
