My project was to repair two toilets. David called me to set up an appointment. The tech Matt was on time! He was a pleasure to work with. One toilet only needed a minor adjustment the other needed new inners. The job was done professionally and the cost fair. I would hire again. again.

They arrived in the window they stated. Angel the plumber was very courteous and helpful. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner.

Plumber arrived on time. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts he needed on his truck but it only took him about 20 minutes to get them. Besides that, a good repair accomplished in a reasonable amount of time.

Hired pro to repair toilet leak. Suggested wax seal needed to be replaced. Pro added second wax seal on top of old seal and noted toilet flange appeared lower than normal and that I did not need the flange cleaned of the old wax because of this. Leak remained. Called pro back and upon return pro suggested there was no leak. Suggested issue was with toilet itself. Added a third wax seal. Leak returned immediately. Toilet is approximately 6 years old and is used as a guest toilet.

The technician was pleasant, polite, and took care of the problem. However, while retrieving the object that was lodged inside the bowl, he scraped the material and damaged the toilet permanently. The inside is discolored and looks awful as well. At this point, we think we have to change the toilet. We welcome your suggestion and your help.

We hired Plumbing Today to replace septic system-house was up for sale. The man met us at the property and inspected the yard. He gave us a price of $4,000 firm. Work would be complete in 5 or 6 days from starting date. On the day work was to begin he called and said there is clay in your yard (not uncommon for Rotterdam.) and the cost will now be $11,000. Need to design new leach fields and hire an engineer. Weeks went by before we heard from them. We met them at the house when work was finished to pay the balance. The man in charge that day said in order to guarantee work they needed to replace both toilets at additional cost of $800. We asked to have mechanisms replaced in toilets. Not how the wanted to proceed. We had an interested buyer and needed transferable warranty to proceed. We agreed. They took a $4,000 job and found reasons to get price to $11,000. The $4,000 was never called an estimate. Apparently it was only a starting point.

RC did a great profession job

The work that I contracted for was reasonably priced. When I asked for an estimate on additional related work while they were at my house, that was priced much too high. So, I just hired for my initial job request. Very polite people and good quality work.

Prompt and reliable

The repairman was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me to determine the best resolution to my problem. My only "complaint" was this firm was recommended because they responded to by service date need, but when called delayed response for two days.

Overall service was excellant. They answered all my questions and gave good advise and recommendations. A bit pricey.

The customer service was horrible. The office staff did not return calls or deliver messages well, did not pay attention to the details of the job, and was overall very exhausting to communicate with. I was charged the full price of the estimate even though we discovered mitigating circumstances that meant the work was completed according to a much less expensive option.

Installer was completely under qualified and I had nothing but trouble with this installation. They had to send a different tech to make it correct.

Overpriced.

Called three plumbers on a Sunday these were the only ones that returned the call and sent someone out. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
