I appreciate their scheduling me for the day after I contacted them, and Rob the technician showed up as was promised. He was very knowledgeable and explained what may have been wrong with the sump pump (the float randomly getting stuck causing the pump to drain all water from the sump hole and make a “gurgling” noise). He cleaned the float and made sure it was working properly. He also showed me how to check it periodically. He gave me an estimate for installing a new sump pump, but said my current one seemed to be working ok and I didn’t need to rush in and get a new one. I was very impressed with him and his company!

Ridiculously high cost for what was done. Technician was very good however. Would use again due to cost.

Installed water heater. The plumber went over and above to make sure the job was correct. He was very efficient and explained to me everything that he was doing. He was very polite and friendly.

Don't use these guys, and DON'T SIGN that the work is complete until they have actually removed the defective device they have replaced. It has been three weeks and my old water heater is STILL in my basement, when they said they would be back the next day to remove it. Don't believe what they say. I have called so many times, and they make promises and don't even call back. SAD.

Quick, efficient service. Office kept on top of the job. The plumber was very good at his job. My problem solved.

they replaced a broken septic waste pipe from house to septic tank.they brought in a backhoe to dig the 20 ft. trench.Installed a new pipe and gone in 4 hours.

As soon as I requested a quote I got a phone call, which was wonderful and not what my experience has been with other professionals I have tried to contact through HomeAdvisor. The plumber they sent was fantastic, he went above and beyond and the work he did was done well and quickly. I will use Plumbing Today in the future!

The plumber they sent was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and gave me an estimate to both snake the drain or to replace the pipes. The cost was only about $100 difference. I expected it to be a lot less than $300+ to snake my tub drain. I had the pipes replaced and I am very glad that I did. It fixed the problem of the tub draining slow!

As soon as we requested a quote I got a phone call, which I was unable to answer as I was at work. The phone call was followed up with a text which I appreciated. They were able to get someone out for an estimate within days. The plumber they sent was vey professional and I appreciated he did not condescend to me as I was a. a woman b. a new home owner and c. clearly did not know anything about plumbing. He did a thorough investigation before giving us a quote, and also took the time to explain a few things to us which was nice because a less honest plumber could have quoted us on things that we did not actually need done. The gentleman that gave the quote was able to do the work that day which was nice because I didn't have to take more time off from work. Would defintiely recommend for prompt, quality service.
