After speaking with a representative, I was told that someone would arrive between 2 and 4 PM. The gentleman arrived well before 2 PM. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was completed in about 40 minutes. After completing the work, the area was left clean. I would use their services again.

My regular plumber had ordered a part that cost $60, but was away when the leak in the kitchen faucet occurred. The house is rented and I live far away, so I was unable to see the problem directly. Plumbing Today charged me over $800 in unnecessary repairs, rather than replace the single part that was needed. I now understand why I was probably able to get an appointment with them quickly because no one else uses them

Didn't call for service until 5:00 pm. Had someone at my home at 6:00 pm. Serviceman was punctual and professional. Fixed my problem in a little over an hour. The cost was $357. I thought this was a little high. Material needed were minimal. However my leak was leaving me without water and was appreciative of the quick service.

Had a minor problem with two frost proof silcocks. Was going to install a couple of shut off valves or replace washer or fitting. Repair guy was professional, etc. and recommended replacing both silcocks for $750.00. I figured must be a tough job. We agreed to the price and he completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. Parts at Home Depot $50. $700 profit is too much, but it is what it is.

Even though I explained the service to the dispatch person (sweating copper), the plumber was not aware of the project scope. I also had my own parts. I asked for an estimate and was told the a min fee. When the man came to do the work (sweating copper), the min. fee was twice what I was quoted by dispatch.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the company contacted me after submitting my request. They came to the house the next day, told me how much the job was going to be, and I accepted the estimate. The plumber was professional and friendly. The work was completed in about an hour-hour and a half. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Issue: Leak with old tub pipe within wall. Solution: Track leak, repair, and replace the old part The plumber name Jamies, arrived on time on 22 July 2018 at 08:00 AM. He showed up with all needed tools and materials to fix my leak. He checked out the situation, told us exactly what needed to be done, quoted a very affordable price, and he fixed our problem in a under within a 2 hours. Jamies was also friendly, especially to my very curious toddler, which I appreciated. Bottom line: fast, friendly, professional, affordable. I wanted to leave a 5 star rating for Plumbing Today because the technical (Jamies) provided me with a great service, reasonable price, friendly, on time, understanding, and fixed the leaking issue. I will be sure to call Plumbing Today for my future plumbing needs! Thank you! (Jamies).
