When they discovered a problem that was not included in the estimate, they went ahead and repaired it without charging me. Nice!

I was doing a LOT of work on my house. After having several trades that were absolutely horrible, it was refreshing to have these guys work on my house. They were professional and did great work. Very clean as well. They fixed a leak created by a previous contractor. I actually just hired them to do some more work.

Excellent response to request for an estimate . Office personnel very helpful. Work was performed as scheduled and with a reasonable price. Would recommend them (and did on Facebook) for other projects on my house or for others in family.

I spoke to both Eric and Kevin, both were very professional. As a consumer one of your biggest fears is to get ripped off. I felt very comfortable with both in particular with Kevin. They drop off the supplies on Friday my wife stepped out for two hrs on Saturday when she returned she thought they had stolen the supplies. our neighbor told her the work was completed and the place was cleaned and no debris. Kevin and David were easy to work with. On time and professional work. Waiting for few heavy rain showers to test the workmanship but their professional approach to the project assures me that it will stand test of times.

Eric and crew did an awesome job!!! Eric was honest form begging to the end, I normally don't like to hire any home repair guys cause 99% are crooks. It's been a month and no leaks I trust Clearview and its warranty. Keep up the good work guys...

The arrived on time and performed the work (installing an attic fan). Eric is a super nice guy and a pleasure to work with. One thing that I wasn't fully satisfied with is when cutting hole in the roof for the attic fan, a sabre saw or jig saw should be used to get a nice round circle with a clean edge, they used a circular saw to plunge cut the hole which resulted in jagged circle being formed. This doesn't have any real performance issues, but doesn't look like a 'pro' finish either. If you're getting an attic fan installed and are anal--make you request they use the proper tool. Other than this--satisfied with the work, no leaks or other issues (knock-on-wood).

Person in office was confused about timing and scheduling. Estimator (who also did work) was very professional. Job was pricey for amount of work involved, but at least I felt he was honest about condition of roof, and believe he fixed it properly (time will tell), I should have done a better negotiating job

Eric was amazing! I had a basement leak and everyone told me I needed to install a French drain or waterproof my basement ...even my insurance company who sent a specialist to review the problem couldn't fugure it out. Eric figured out the problem within 15 minutes and even discovered another problem which would have cost me thousands of dollars in the future Luckily he was available and came over with his competent crew on the same day He even followed up with me to be sure all worked out His price was totally reasonable and affordable Eric saved me thousand of dollars Just a super amazing experience which is hard to find these days I couldn't say more positive things about him I highly highly recommend him for roof and gutter issues and more

fast replacement of attic fan, did a little extra fix at no extra cost, checked the roof while up there no extra work needed. we will use them again. as a side note the say they are insured for accidents they have on my property..big bonus. very satisfied.

Met with Eric who was honest enough to inform me that I only needed a repair and not a new roof. They charged a reasonable price to repair and did it on the spot so I wouldn't have to take another day off. I recommend them highly.
