Kevin Desmond was very prompt, communicated wonderfully. I work from home and he showed up on time. I showed him where damage was occurring inside, he then went onto roof. There were skylights and a chimney involved, and he inspected it all. He told me what needed to be done, and we agreed on price. I got a 2 year guarantee on roof repairs, and I am happy with his work. He stuck to budget and finished on time.

My roof was damaged by fallen tree. This company knows the problem and help repairing it without rush for the payment. He really helped fixed the problem first and waiting me for the insurance company check. I appreciated his service and work.

Excellent in every way.

I had Kevin do some minor slate repairs last year. I needed additional slate work as well as new gutters and leaders for the entire house. The slate repair was handled exceptionally with addtional slates repaired as a result of installling the gutters. He used Fernando's Gutters installation crew which did an excellent and efficient job as well as cleaning up and carting away the old gutters and slates.

I expected to be told that I needed a new roof, but Peter said that most of the roof was good and just needed some repair. That impressed me. They were on time, finished the job, cleaned up after themselves, and we have had no leaks since. They did exactly what they said that they would do. We are very pleased.
