Eric L of Clearview Roofing worked on my roof of removing and installing a new roof with repairs, replacing damaged boards as needed with GAF warranty for material and repair work. I highly recommend Eric to perform roofing jobs as his team is clean and efficient, work on a timely basis. He communicates and updates customers and flexible. His estimates are competitive, accurate and excellent understanding of my needs. I was very pleased with his work. He is honest, courteous, resourceful and efficient.

After another roofer advised I needed caps at the peak, Eric was honest and told me that I absolutely did not. He could have charged me to do work I did not need, but instead he gave me an honest assessment and only did what was necessary. He is the only roofer I will ever call or use in the future. We had a leak in between our walls that was coming from the roof. My father-in-law found Clearview Roofing on Home Advisor and told us to give them a call. I dealt directly with Eric, who was amazing. He gave me his Cell and texted and called me throughout the day that the Roofers were there to give me updates on the work. The roofers were nice guys and did a great job. The price was great. Some of the other Roofers we got estimates from wanted double what Eric quoted me, and we felt like we were dealing with a car salesman when we were talking to them. We didn't feel that way with Eric. He wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but my wife and I found him to be trustworthy, fair, and reliable so we went with Clearview. They arrived right on time, were very polite, and very neat. I bought them coffee and donuts. Gilberto, who was in charge of the crew, also did a great job managing and supervising. The guys cleaned up so well we couldn't even tell they had been there and the roof looks great! Afterward, we thought that one of my skylights had been damaged by the roofers by accident, and Eric wouldn't accept payment until the issue was resolved. He sent Gilberto back the next day to look at the skylight. Ultimately, it had not been damaged by the workers, we just needed a wire reconnected and everything was perfect. I recommended Clearview Roofing to my coworker and gave her Eric's number. She called him and he went over that day to speak with them about their house. I would definitely recommend Eric and Clearview Roofing to anyone. He will shoot you straight, tell you exactly what you need, and you will end up with a great roof.

Was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this company. Eric was very personable & honest & I felt he gave me a very good and fair price. I had a leaky garage asphalt roof which required to be replaced along with a few T&G boards. The crew was very efficient, courteous and accommodating. They brought to my attention a minor mishap (broken bulb) that easily could have been overlooked. They also did a terrific job cleaning up. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this company and their very professional employees.

I would have rated them 10 stars if possible. I originally spoke with Eric over the phone when inquiring about my repair job and sent him some photos so he had an idea of the situation. Timing and the weather di don't allow for him to come y on Saturday, so he went out of his way to come by outside of business hours on Sunday morning to check things out. He was honest and extremely fair. Wound up to be a flashing issue around my chimney that was allowing the water to leak in. He did not hesitate to take care of that and fixed it for me. Instead of selling me on services that I did not need, he was so honest. I do know that I will be needing to replace my roof within this coming year - Eric and Clearview Roofing will be the only ones I call. It is refreshing to know that here are still honest and fair business people and companies out there!! Thank you to Eric and Clearview Roofing!

Great Job

Kevin is very pleasant and professional. He gets the job done meticulously and fast. Recently I used his services to clean the gutters, and to replace a missing part of the aluminum trim just below the gutter. I did not have the missing part, and the exposed wood was at risk of rotting from rain water. The trim was custom made and Kevin took the extra effort to acquire proper tools to make a replacement trim. Looks great now, and the woodwork is protected. I will certainly give him the highest score on any rating, and use his services in future.
