Good service for true whole house purification system. The system is on the pricey side. We ended up buying a refurbished system to cut the cost. We've had a few technical problems, but they had their service people availabe and come out promptly to repair/address it. We got the system in hopes of getting rid of our water rust problem, which it did not completely do. Since the system filters the water before it goes into the boiler etc. process, we are investigating why, where and what in the process in our home is causing the water to be brown. (could be the heating coil for our hot water in our very old boiler).
