Mike called in response to my problem very quickly and set up an appointment . Eddie came on time. He fault isolated my problem and recommended the repair action. I would call again for there support.

Mr. Rooter send someone to assess the problem and advise us of the cost to repair it. As they did not have the part we were given the option of ordering it ourselves or they would order it. We opted for them to order the parts and install it when it was received. Upon receiving the parts they called to install the parts and provided a timeline as to when they would arrive and install said parts. They arrived within the time stated and completed the repair.

The work was done and im very happy. The worker was very courteous and did a great job.

Employee was great! He got the job done quickly and the results were great. Really liked the person you sent, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful

Service was excellent and attitude was great. However the pricing is a bit steep but runs average with competitive companies.

Anjiâ s price quote was less than half the actual price. I had 2 plumbing replacement projects. The price quote was for 1. I questioned this on the phone and message and did not get a clear answer. Rooter made an adjustment to their actual cost so that my price was 2times the quoted price when the technicianâ s price was almost 3x the quoted price (1182.00) I donâ t understand why representatives are not trained to understand the difference in quoting prices when there are two identical projects. I can only assume that Anjiâ s computer does not allow a spot for exceptional circumstances. (I do understand that Anjiâ s prices are not binding legally. ) However, the experience was a good one since we had made an allowance for a possible error by Anji. And Rooter supervisors were flexible in agreeing to the price change. We will root for Rooter.
