The plumber did the job as required, replacing a leaky faucet with a replacement I had ;received under warrantee. He also replaced a jerry-rigged trap, as a courtesy. The plumber was courteous and professional and provided a neat and quality job. The only reservation I have is that the cost for replacing the failed faucet looked high. However, since the plumber went above and beyond expectations by also replacing the drain, I am satisfied.

Very expensive Had to call them back the next day because the leaking was not fixed properly

Kind of expensive. They originally wanted more than $200 just to connect a new gas range. No old one to take out. They came down to $175. Still expensive. A plumber friend of mine said it should only be $75 tops for a job like that. Heâ s a retired Master Plumber. As a friend he told me he would have done it for $50. But he lives in Pennsylvania, and I am all the way out in Eastern Long Island.

The price was extremely high ($519 to replace a single hose bib), I had to negotiate with the technician to get a better price that was still quite high ($419), and they charged me sales tax on the original price, not the discounted price, which does not seem legal. They refused to refund me the difference in the tax. It is just $8, but it is about the principle. Make sure you know their prices before they come out because they will charge you $64 just to come. Should have known better.

They were prompt and courteous. I had to have my sewer pipe cleaned from a clog and they gave me options and explained the procedures.

Wonderful service, great personnel. They figured out our plumbing problem right away, explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. The plumbing problem was fixed the same day, they advised us to contact our home insurance company and have us referrals to another .company to fix our other problems due to the leak. Will definitely recommend and call on them again.

The Plumbing contractors were very polite, efficient and courteous. Additionally, the work was excellent.

The estimated cost was not near what the actual cost was. I used this company before and it was fair at that time. I was disappointed this time around, and will not hire them again.

Both technicians were knowledgeable courteous and great they let us know every step of the way what was needed They had to come back after we needed to finish up some work so they could finish they came back quickly to finish job I canâ t say enough good things about them they deserve a raise

Pleasant customer sevice

The price to install to valves to stop my shower head from dripping was outrageous. $500. less a senior discount, $470. The tech was polite and able and fixed the dripping which took about 30 minutes. I was told the price, before he did the work ( Dave ) but I had him do it, it was Sunday and I felt the pressure. But the price was way over the top. I ask why, and Dave replied, that is what they charge. Their office is in Patchogue. This is price gouging, I am considering reporting the matter to Consumer Affairs.

My gas water heater was 12 yrs old and needed to be replaced. Since I had prior experience with Mr. Rooter installing a water filter under my sink, I felt confident that the job would be done professionally. Rohan and Derick did an excellent installation of the Water Heater. The office was excellent too in informing me of their arrival time. I high recommend Mr. Rooter.
