My appointment was between 10 to 12 and Derick showed up at 11 after purchasing some parts. He did everything by 1:30 PM and left by 2 PM. He worked on two replacements of pipes one he installed a knob and the other he replaced and installed new pipes. he assessed the surrounding pipes to see if there are any other damages. His work was thorough and very polite. I am having him come back to do the corrosions that we found. The price was a little bit more than I expected but worth the price.

Tim did the job. He assessed the situation and determined what the problem was immediately. He gave me options on how the repair could be done. The prices were fair. He completed the job when he said he would and showed me where the issue was and how he fixed it. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. I felt very confident in his judgment and ability to do the work.

Great work, efficient, timely, but expensive. I did not get another estimate however.

The plumber was courteous and polite

They worked quickly and very effectively. All aspects of the repair were fully explained. Also, a second problem became apparent after the initial repair and they were able to make that repair on the same visit. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Billy was the plumber that completed the plumbing task. He was punctual. Additionally, his plumbing knowledge and skills resolved my issue quickly. I will definitely utilize Mr. Rooter and Billy in the future, as well as recommend their service(s) to friends and neighbors.

**Updated review** Tim ( the tech ) has a pleasant personality, works with costumer and get the job done. 10/15/22 The tech did leave the area in acceptable condition, He (Tim ) has a very pleasant personality, and I can not fully evaluate the work, I usually need time on it, but I think I may have a very slight leak still we are the work was done?

My basement ejection pump burned out so I went on home advisor. Within two minutes Mr. Rooter call and Frank showed up an hour later he was very personable and told me he could replace it right away three hours later the job was done and I have my basement bathroom and laundry room up and running the price was well within what I expected and I should mention that this was on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional Derrick and Brandon did an excellent job even stayed until late night and came back next morning to finish the job. I would recommend them anytime and so far no problems. Thank you Mr Rooter.

Pros: VERY fast response time. I had a small leak in the kitchen. It was not an emergency, but they had someone at my house in 2 hours even though it was a Saturday. The technician gave me an estimate, had all the parts, and fixed it in less than 2 hours. Work was fine. Cons: Very expensive. Replacing the drain, basket and trap cost $870. It was worth it to me for the speed, but I was quoted $480 from another company if I could wait a week.

Matt was our plumber. Arrived on Saturday about 2 hours after our call about our flooded basement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the main line clog and cleared the line in an hour. We were lucky to have him!!
