Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central LI

i had someone come because I could tnot put back a pvc unit under the bathroom sink. I had a clog also. mr. rooter came he put back the unit and now I had a leak!!! so I told the repair man dereck, I did not have a leak, he did not put it back properly. he did not fix a clog. I ended up with the leak and still a clog. I gave him $135 and still had a problem. I called to complain. the girl Shannon called me back , listened to me and said she would send me a check, as I was not satisfied and taking advantage of them!!!!! very poor service they did send me my money back. I had my maintence man come , he put the pvc unit back right. he fixed the clog with some crystals, when Derek from mr. rooter wanted to charge me $325 to snake it. no snake needed. did not cost me a cent. never will use them again

My new bathroom vanity, sink and faucet were efficiently installed by a very capable young man. I would use Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing needs.

They charge a fee to come the home just to look at it

At my home within an hour. Fixed within 30 minutes at a very fair price. Professionally dressed and wore booties to avoid tracking dirt, Highly recommend.

Extremely courteous and knowledgeable young man. Put coverings on shoes to walk in house. Explained everything thoroughly. Changed our showerhead. Fixed our tub stopper. Very neat. Not the cheapest, but very pleasant experience.

Mr. Rooter's technician came and assessed our needs. Two days later the sump pump was replaced. We are very satisfied with Mr. Rooter and their service.

They were a little bit late coming to do the job and I had to call a couple of times to get the techs ETA. I had 2 faucets to be repaired and a leak in the basement under a sop sink. The technician was polite, friendly, knowledgeable , and thorough. The cost was about what I expected. I would definitely call them again.

Nice job. Persistent - he made sure that the elusive leak was found and repaired correctly. Even offered to stay on the job until it was completed.

The tech was very professional and he arrived on time. He showed me what had to be done and explained the reason why. He answered all of my questions. I will hire Curley Plumbing for now on.

Prices are a little high, but the person who did the work,JOE worked very hard, and did a nice job

The plumber did not give an itemized bill of parts and labor. He just was quoting prices off the top of his head. I was in an emergency situation otherwise I would of contacted another plumber.

Happy with the work, their technician Mark was on the ball, knowledgeable, on time, clean and super courteous. Absolutely recommend. As a homeowner things happen. If you cant fix it yourself you need to hire someone knowledgeable and reliable and for that there is a price. These guys are probobly not the cheapest, but i had a new hot water heater instaled in hours after our basement got flooded by the old one. Returned my call within minutes of turning in a ticket to service magic and overall gave a feeling of professionalism. Had two other estimates, and what sealed the deal was 0 interest financing for 18 months. Thankyou!
