Jim from Mr. Rooter was great!!! He arrived right on time--Very honest-Would definitely use them again. I highly recommend this Company & Jim.

it was a mugging without the gun!!!!!!!!!! the man tried to charge me $89 for an evaluation! he told us the drain was clogged! duh! that's why we contacted HOME ADVIZOR who contacted Mr. Rooter. he BROKE the trap, flooded the first floor and said he's NOT RESPONSIBLE! He said i owe him $319 for the snake job and it would be an additional $890 to fix the broken trap!!! I had to tear the vinyl siding off the house so he could get to it, the man was too big to fit in access whole!!! he cut the broken piece out,THEN said if he continued we would owe him the $319 plus $890!!!!!!!!!!!! $1209??? for a $9- 1 1/2 tub trap?? he then approached my 82 year old mother with -" oh what are you going to do with no pluming" and "this is a big problem" that only he could fix right now! I asked him to stop working , he insisted we owed $319 my mother paid him,we asked him to leave.I bought the trap at HOME DEPOT for $9 and fixed it myself!! i'm not a professional plummer,with the proper tools. it took me an hour! him and his helper could have did the job in 30 minutes. your insurance should have covered what HE BROKE! all in all-right from the start-dealing with your man was a nightmare! MY mother nor I will ever recommend you! preying on elderly because they don't know any better is appalling! she may take you to court for the return of her money. sorry i am not a bad guy or mean to bash you. but, this was our experience.

This is an update to a previous review of Mr Rooter. She reviewed my invoice and agreed there was an overcharge. She apologized for the mistake. She handled the issue promptly and refunded the amount in question. I will still recommend this company.

Prompt professional and curteous

the tech was polite knowledgable and worked clean we had a leak under our slab he found the leak quickly and repaired it

Heating system was not working

fast response,knowledgeable,clean & well mannered. But the price seemed very high for a $100 faucet & 2 new shutoff valves. It was a time consuming operation but he did spend a lot of time removing the old faucet.

Very responsive and professional.....job well done. Would use them again.

The guy was very nice but had no idea what he was doing. He told me there was no blockage and that I needed a cesspool service. Hired a cesspool guy and he found a blockage. A big waste of time. And $$$. Unqualified plumbers!!

plumber arrived early, did the job well, my husband gave them an A.

I was told that the original price I paid for the man to locate the problem would be credited towards my repair. This is now being rescinded. I paid $200 and the boss now says only $100 will be credited towards the repair. I am dissatisfied with this response and I have told him so. I await his reply.

The service was very prompt. The office called and told me the name of the serviceman coming to repair the clog and a dripping faucet. Because this was an emergency and I did not have time to compare prices; I found the service a little bit on the expensive side.
