Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central LI

Thought the price was a bit extreme. I was told by other plumbers it was high even though they offer a little bit more service than others.

Jim came to my house and was excellent. he did all that i needed and i believe it was great quality work. Jim was extremely friendly and courteous. my only concern was the high price of the part that needed replacement (pressure sensor), so, i had extreme sticker shock. it was all in the estimate, so, the surprise was at the quote stage. the price was exactly as estimated.

Hired to install gas line for stove/oven. I told them the Town of Babylon had codes for gas line installation and to please check that they are providing the appropriate lines. The two men who showed up were very nice. They said they checked with their boss. Installed a flexible copper line. It was not the right line. I had to call and pay a different vendor who is a "certified gas plumber" to come in and re-install the line and perform the gas hook-up. Although they were very nice I would not use again since they are not certified gas plumbers and are not aware of Town Plumbing codes.

VERY courteous and professional, The technician repaired a broken pipe that others said could not be repaired. Avoided a $4,000 replacement with a $600 fix. EXCELLENT!!!

Courteous, prompt, professional was here an hour after contact on a weekend. A bit pricey though in my opinion.

I am a court-appointed Guardian and when my ward's water heater broke, Mr. Rooter was a pleasure to work with and got the problem fixed as quickly as possible. They walked me through the entire process and helped prepare the necessary paperwork, something I really did not have the time to do myself. My ward didn't suffer any unnecessary inconvenience, and I got to do my job with little distraction. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Central LI, especially if you need a little extra guidance or service in getting the work done.

Simply the best professionals I've ever hired through Home Advisor. They are knowledgeable, courteous, neat, thorough and take pride in what they do. I subsequently learned they were a bit pricey, but since they came and resolved the issue within a few hours and represented themselves extremely well , this was okay with me and I passed on shopping around for a better deal.

Jim and Kenny were on time, neat, courteous and did a fine job. Mr. Rooter isn't cheap, but the fixtures are top flight and the installation was timely and expertly done. I intend to have Mr. Rooter do more jobs and have already discussed one with them.

Major clog in kitchen sink. Called at night and they were there first thing in the am on time. They had to cut the pipes to get access to the line. Clog finally cleared after numerous attempts. They installed a clearout line so any further issues could be addressed much more easily. The workmen were very courteous and considerate (with keeping the house clean) and explained the process along the way. Costs and options were explained up front which was good. Overall an excellent experience (or as good as it could be in this situation).
