Got a lot of useful information from the technician about our heating system. He left area much cleaner than most past service people.

New dishwasher didn't fit into place, the cutoff switch for that outlet didn't work so had to shut off all water to the house. Mr. Rooter found a technician to come to my house even though his day was over and he was going home. He was at my die within an hour, and finished work in another hour. Total price was given before any work started. In the end, a new pipe and cutoff switches were installed and now functional. Work done neatly. I don't know about prices, but what I was charged was not unreasonable for my situation. Give Mr. Rooter a try.

Derick showed earlier then expected, was very professional and did a great job with meticulous cleanup. I would refer to others and plan to have Derick back for another job. Paid more then expected, however was able to get a $35 senior citizen discount which helped.

I recently hired Mr. Rooter to supply and install a House Trap. The installation was successful but the lack of professionalism and pride in the installation by the original tech was bothersome. I called to complain and was connected to Krystina who was both courteous and understanding with my complaint. She immediately sent a new tech, Jim Deana to, “make this right.” Jim responded on time and immediately fixed the problem to my satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and concerned that I was completely satisfied with the repair. It is obvious that this company is very concerned about customer satisfaction and should be very proud to have such positive and professional representatives like Krystina and Jim.

pricing about double, work was not top nouch, next day same link, called Plummer from yellow book, he charged half the price, added some piping that he thought would help, again all for about haif the cost
