T4 Bilel (evaluation) and TS10 Derick (installation) were both great! Bilel was very friendly, informative, and thorough. He let us know what our options were, and what they'd cost. He wasn't available for the install the next day, though, so it was assigned to Derick. Derick arrived within the expected time window, he knew what he was assigned to do (replace an old toilet with a new one we bought ourselves), he had the tools to do the work, and he did it quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant to talk to, he answered questions we had, and he left the area neat and clean. We are completely satisfied with Mr Rooter. Thank you!
