I was very happy that they were able to come on the weekend. They work 7 days a week which is very good. Very pleased.

They were prompt in getting in touch with me about the job but, a little late getting to me access the job. The Tech was confident that the job would take a couple of hours as he had done this job many times before. Getting here at 3:30pm, accessing the job, discussing the cost and leaving for an hour to get parts. By then it was almost 6:00pm before he started the job. Well, the job took more than a couple of hours. The Tech finally finished after 11:00 pm which then we had to settle the bill so it was 11:30 by the time he left. We were without water for 5 hours. I am elderly and handicapped which the Tech could clearly see. I feel the Tech should have taken on the job but scheduled it for another day in the early am. As far as the Tech himself, he was very knowledgable and courteous.

Plumber was prompt and courteous. Did the work quickly and left the workplace clean. I would recommend this company

technician came for a simple toilet fix, in my eyes $20.00 part and 1/2 hr of work. They tried to talk me into buying a new toilet for $600, or fixing it for $400.00. The technician made looks like this repair was a big deal, guess what fixed it myself with a $24.00 kit in 40 minutes. Will never call them again.

I hired Mr. Rooter to replace a showerhead and bath fittings. We had one person come, review the work and give us a quote. Then, when the work had to be done, another person showed up and did not complete the job. We were told that the worker would replace the showerhead and the fittings, and also cover the hole in the wall and spackle after the work was complete. The worker who showed put on the shower head and had trouble with the fitting. He then told us that he would not be patching up the hole and then told us that we need to pay him for the job. We told him that the job was incomplete, so he made a few phone calls and then told us he would be taking money off the bill for what he could not finish. He left a gaping hole in the wall, so needless to say, we were not happy with the finished product.

Great company great work they work with you on price and on payment they gave me two weeks to pay and a discount on a new pump system after they could not fix the old one That's what I call working with the client Don't use anyone else they do put a smile on your face
