Dave was very friendly and seemed competent, but the repair seemed quite expensive. I had no time to comparison shop, so I don't know what others would have cost. I needed the repair done right away and he came the day I called on a weekend and returned early the following morning to complete the job.

Technician Derick was very professional and friendly.

The plumber who did the repair was very courteous and professional. The work done was of excellent quality. I thought the cost was a little on the high side ($400 for an hour of work with minimal parts).

My problem surfaced late on Saturday afternoon, the tech arrived within two hours of my initial phone call. The cost I thought was a little high, but then it was a Saturday. Important to note that I was given three quotes/options for the type of work to be completed prior to the service.

they might be great for plumbing, but if you need work on an oil burner system, not good. When you tell them you have problems after the supposedly serviced your burner, they avoid contact with you.

they come to your house with no idea what your going to pay and you feel almost obligated to use them for something. Also the plumber did not install the same two valves and I had to redue the drain on properly

Matt, the technician sent, arrived lightening fast. My home had a leak form an unknown source. Matt went above and beyond to get to the source of the problem while avoiding damage (not always possible with leaks in the home!). He could have a second career as a contortionist. Price was excellent, service warm and friendly, and I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. Use this company. You will not be disappointed.
