Getting our toilet replaced with them went well, so did replacing our valves in the bathroom & basement, and the split costs for each were reasonable & doable to a satisfactory tee. I'd bring these guys back to help out with a clog in our bathroom sink drain.

They arrived at the time promised, found the problem immediately (a waste pipe had broken free from a joint after 28 years), fixed the problem quickly and the plumber was a pleasure to work with. Although I have no basis to comment about the cost of the repair, I would definitely call them in the event of another problem.

I feel the price paid was much too high for the job completed. I've had a new sump pump installed and the price for this job was half the cost! $480 just seems FAR TOO MUCH for a drain pipe for a kitchen sink! If it weren't for the leak getting worse I would have collected a few estimates first. But I do have to say the technician was very professional, albeit expensive!

They are very efficient. They sent a technician right away and job is well done. We are very satisfied.

Be very careful when hiring this company because they will over charge you. They see vulnerable you are according to the situation and the tech will keep raising the charges. I do not recommend them unless you are in a real bad situation.

He was on time and he did excellent work. A little pricey though.
