Clayton was punctual, thorough and diligent. We used him initially to prepare a house for new owners after it was sold and then hired him for several projects in the new house. We already have recommended him to other people.
Description of Work: Clayton and an occasional assistant performed numerous jobs in connection with a recent move. These included a meticulous decluttering and cleaning of the vacated premises, organizing the new residence, including rearranging furnishings and helping with unpacking, and assorted carpentry and other work, including building new closet shelves and assembling storage components.

It went well. Nina was very pleasant and focused, which is what I needed. There was quite a lot of things in a corner of my basement. It helped jump start me. Soon after, I got motivated and ordered a dumpster and got started on the garage. The only negative was that I didn't received the itemized list of donated items, but I was given the organizations that they donate to. . I don't remember what the items were as I was quite overwhelmed. I realize that it wasn't that big of a deal. I just wanted to get things started. I also purchased a second deal and her associate, Giovanna came. She was a very pleasant woman that understood how overwhelmed I was with the "papers" on my desk. She provided the direction and assistance I needed. I could have done it myself, but again, I was overwhelmed by the amount of papers and things that belonged to my late father, and also, downsizing my mom, that I could stay focused on any one project alone. Keyword: alone. Loss is not an easy thing; and I believe having someone that is compassionate to your feelings, and in my case, providing a logical and firm approach to give new life to these items through donation. Thank you and sorry it took me so long to post this review.

Nina was wonderful to work with from the first phone contact. She is so pleasant and trustworthy. My closets were a mess and now are so well organized and neat thanks to Nina. The owner's step-daughter who is also in the business did the work. She was pleasant and professional. She helped us make decisions and kept us moving through tons of donations and eight bags of trash. At the end we had reclaimed a usable space, which is exactly what we wanted.

Erica came to work with my son to clear out and organize his old toys and tchotchkes in our basement. She checked with me several days in advance to confirm I had the equipment needed for the organization (boxes, storage containers, etc.), and she came with contractor bags for donations and trash. Erica had a solid approach to organization, asking key questions about questionable items that helped make a decision about where they should go. She also dealt with all of the donation items, easily determining whether an item could be donated or must be discarded because it's of no value. It felt great to know that many of the items were going to be donated, and the ones that we discarded we felt less guilty about because we knew they would not be accepted anywhere. Erica was efficient, focused, energetic and clearly great at what she does. If I needed this service again, I would not hesitate to contact Erica and Nina.

This service is incredible. Nina, the owner, personally does the work with and for you. A few examples are that she assisted with moving pots and pans so they were much more accessible. And I had an overabundance of glassware and she helped me decide what should stay in the kitchen or move to the dining room. In general, Nina, helps you cut through the clutter and helps you to make those decisions about things you hold onto for whatever reason. That candlestick holder your cousin's mom's sister gave you has been in the box for years, Nina can help you decide what to do with it. She'll either suggest a lovely place in your home that you overlooked or will make you feel confident about letting go of it. Nina also removes any garbage or things you want to give away for you. She makes you feel inspired to de-clutter everything in your home. She's a genius and is truly a divine concierge.

Nina has been terrific to deal with from my first phone conversation with her 'til she finished her work at my place today. Going thru my closets of clothes and the clothes I couldn't fit in my closets -- i.e., the clothes hanging on all the doors of my apartment, in piles on chairs and the couch, etc. -- is something I needed to do but had been avoiding for a few years. I did not know where to begin because I was overwhemed. Contacting Nina is one of the best decisions I've ever made. She gently guided me on which items I should part with and much to my surprise, I let them go and donated them. She organized the clothes in my closets and drawers and I am so relieved to be able to find clothes with out rummaging though piles. I plan to call Nina again for help with organizing my papers, books, etc.

It went very well. Giovanna saw that I wasn't up to help much and she carried on like a trooper. She was also cheerful and always with a smile on her face.

Nina was very professional, patient and kind. She's highly organized and had all the things we would need, bags, boxes etc in her car. She came right on time, was flexible when I had to change one appointment last minute. She worked steadily through out the day. Nina was pleasant company, easy to work with. She followed direction perfectly, when given although mostly she had her own way to do things; which was so much better than the system I use. She carted everything away. My house looks like a new home!

I bought a promotional coupon from Angie's List for Divine Concierge's services but the coupon expired quite a while ago. Nina, fortunately, honored the coupon and added to the fee, but in the end charged me a fair price. Erica was good at helping me to toss many items without it being painful and she was a good cheerleader while we significantly thinned out unnecessary stuff. She was lovely and very respectful. She was firm when she needed to be but in a good way and understanding too about the value of certain memorabilia. She seemed to know which memorabilia was not worth holding on to and which was definitely worth holding on to. She helped me stay focused and made the task seem more manageable and less overwhelming than if I were doing it on my own. It was a pleasure to have Erica help me and I hope to have her come back in the future when I am ready to do my kitchen and closet.
Description of Work: Erica helped me go through boxes stacked with old papers and other items. She shredded a lot of papers, recycled a lot and organized the rest into different categories. She organized all the papers into folders with labels and then arranged folders according to priority in a hanging files, while placing other items in organized stacks .

I would like to express how happy I am with Nina Weireter from My Divine Concierge. She helped me completely transform my children's playroom into a very cool teen hang out room. They were amazing! Pleasant, knowledgeable, sensitive, full of excellent guidance and suggestions. Niña helped me glide through what could have been a difficult emotional process. The two spouses work impressively well together, each understanding their own strengths and providing backup as needed. Called and texted never even got back to me. Update: Nina got in touch with me and was very apologetic and said unfortunately I just fell thru the cracks and she wanted to make it up to me. She offered to have the work done by Clayton at no charge. Clayton and I have an appointment for Tuesday 10/21/2014. I will update this review after that date. Update: Clayton arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He worked with myself and my sister and made the job of cleaning and organizing our garage a pleasant experience. he took everything out and then we went thru everything and saved or thru out or recycled, he cleaned the floor, wrapped some furniture, put together our tool chest and then put everything we were keeping back in a beautiful organized manner. Can you tell we are very happy:-) Would definitely use Divine Concierge and Clayton again.
