Inspecking  the house for the right size boil or BTU's was done very well by one of the employies.
,A  date was scheled to install the new boil, which is a big exspenive job.
The job was started late in the morning, the worker took their lunch break which they are intitiled to have.
At the end of the day the job was not even half finished. I have a very small house and a day and a half should should have done the job with time to spare. 
 Day Two it was about 1 o; clock before one worker showed up, day three same thing went on.
There was a day fore to I just don'tremember that day to well any more.
I did have a very large argument with the owner Edward Miller. I am a senior, a women that lives alone,  that makes me a good victim.
I don't think the job was ever finish up properly and check for problems because of the arguement.
I did pay the bill, I don't steel from others. Edward Miller did not ask for a depot.
What have leaned about this plumbing company ABC Plumping, the work is done at their time and convence.
Small plumbing jobs maybe put before your unfinished work. 
To bad this had to become a night mare. 
It is January and guess what the heat is not working properly. I called  and it was a few day for service, the  mediocre check up only last a few days before same problem returned. I got a bill for $50.00 for a few day of heat, I guess that comes out to $10.00 a day for heat.

Prompt reply to initial call. Made prompt appointment. Arrived on time. Figured out what was wrong; completed work. Fair billing.

ABC (Ed Miller) is a business that provides plumbing and heating in and around Oneonta, NY. There is a shortage of people providing this service, therefore finding anyone fairly priced is a challenge. ABC is priced lower than most, but the quality of the hardware reflects it. The best part of the business is that they are fairly responsive and are local. However, the thermostat that was installed broke within two years of use ( having replaced the digital thermostat that I already had installed without asking me). The furnace seems to be operating fine after three years of use.
For a plumbing repair and snaking, I found ABC to be extremely over-priced and dishonest. They brought two men to the job, the plumbing problem was not corrected even thought they re-worked the plumbing configuration with my washing machine, and basically snaked my bathtub drain. The bathtub clog was cleared, but my plumbing was not fixed. I was billed approximately $250 for the work. Additionally, ABC charged me the time for TWO men to go to the hardware store to pick up PVC pipe for the plumbing fix. When I challenged them upon receiving the bill, I was told that it is expensive to run a private business and that billing two men for the job was accurate. Essentially, I was wrong. I can assure you that it did NOT require two men on my job. I observed the entire plumbing job.
Price for parts is fair, however, customer satisfaction and respect borders on pathetic. I will attempt not to use or recommend ABC no matter what. Unfortunately, the temper of Ed Miller has been relayed to me by others in this small community. Though he is busy and is fairly priced, I cannot recommend him if you wish to have a respectful relationship with your plumber.
