Gary was very familiar with the Navien series of combi-boilers. He perforned the replacement of a leaking heat exchanger quickly, purged the air and conducted tests to insure everything was working perfectly

His price to install a new gas boiler was fair and reasonable, far below some outrageous estimates we were provided. Itâ s difficult to find capable service people these days. If you have a plumbing issue, be assured Gary will be responsive, trustworthy and respectful.

Gary came on time for the appointment gave us an estimate and as promised. The work that was down is exceptional, neat and clean job. Very personable ! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Proprietor came quickly, as promised, began work at once. Went to Home Depot for the neccessary parts, came back and installed them same day. Left my house clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

Save yourself time, money, and aggravation. It is one thing to overcharge and actually fix the problem, it is another thing to charge almost $200 for doing Absolutely nothing In my opinion, this guy just does not know much about boiler systems. No, I would not recommend him. Of the bat, he looks at the boiler system and pauses for a few seconds (deer in the headlights kinda look) which gave me the impression that maybe he has not worked on such a system before. But, gave him the benefit of the doubt that he might know what he is doing. So, he tells me it is $175 to diagnose the problem which will go towards the final bill. I agreed to that.10-15 minutes later, he has figured it out. Says he made an adjustment to the hi/low-temperature settings, which would fix it. About a week later, I have the same problem. Contacted him, to let him know the problem was not fixed. He said he needs to think about what it could be. I thought the thinking was done when he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Anyway, after four days of not hearing back from him, I texted him to ask when he is planning on coming back? Said I need to replace the relay and asked for the system model # (BTW, I found out later that my system does not have a relay). I have not heard from him for over a week, so I contact him again. Tells me he now thinks it is a temp sensor and it will be additional charge. He stopped responding to my messages after I asked him about what I already paid him. I ended up calling someone else (HVAC company). They fixed the problem. No BS or guessing games like this guy. It turned out to be a bad zone valve.

I called several plumbers. Gary was to th3 point. Gave honest answers. He charged exactly what he said, did exactly what he said. No surprises. He was prompt, efficient,knowledgeable, friendly. I would easily recommend him. He is honest, to the point and did exactly what he said he would do.

I was lucky to get Gary come to my home and had it fixed quickly. He was a gentleman and very professional. I will use him again if necessary and recommend him to friends and family

Very professional but pricey

Called Gary to fit a spray for my toilet. He found a leak issue with my toilet pipe, and replaced the pipe and got the work done in quick time. He s quite knowledgeable.

This guy doesn t know what he is doing. He misdiagnosed my lack of heat problem three times. After allegedly fixing the issue my boiler exploded an hour after he left. My basement filled with water and my boiler was smoking. He came back after I called him. He apologized for misdiagnosing the problem then wanted a lot of money to fix what he originally misdiagnosed. He was quick to respond but carries no parts with him. He refunded my money but caused water damage to my basement carpet. Avoid him at all costs.
