It turned out to be more than a leak, but they handled it very well and professionally. The 3 men were friendly and courteous. Would recommend this company.

Maurice came in after another heating company dropped me because they changed their minds on doing the job. He is an honest and knowledgeable guy. The process went smooth, he followed up when he needed to, did a great installation on the new boiler (and did not cut corners like a lot of other guys do). Even after the install he made sure to follow up there were no issues. A stand up guy in my book. I would not hesitate to hire him again

Gabriel, who performed the work did a great job. Replaced ancient valves and hooked up the faucet flawlessly.
He also secured the vanity to the wall after leveling it. Totally professional and efficient.

Overall experience went well. He took care of every request I had. The service provider showed up on time and cleaned up after himself when the work was completed. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

He was very good. He comes and does what he needs to do. He is a little bit more expensive than your average plumber but I think it's because of his experience. He has been very accommodating. He is good about following up. I speak with his wife and leave a message and he always calls me back. If he makes an appointment, he keeps the appointment. I am a first time homeowner and he doesn't overcharge when he doesn't need to, just for the sake of running a bill.

My tub was clogged... Everytime I used the sink water would come up through the tub drain. Used a "Handyman" who snaked the tub drain unsuccessfully And caused the blockage to leak through my kitchen ceiling light. I called Burton plumbing and they came right away and unclogged my tub as well as fix my sink stopper and tighten drain guard. FYI when it comes to plumbing issues, use a licensed professional it saves you alot of time and money.

Everything went just fine. Greg was very friendly and his work looks expertly done. He left the areas he worked in very clean. I have used M. Burton Plumbers many times and always been happy with the job they do.

The two men were friendly and very efficient and good price. The best part was when one of them offered to put back all the stuff that was under the sink, which I had emptied out before they came. I didn't expect that at all. It was above and beyond the call of duty. Will definitely use them again.

They came on time and did the job promptly. The young man -- not M. Burton itself -- in charge was very knowledgeable.

We have used him over the years and he is very good. He charges a lot but he does a good job and we will continue to use him.

We initially wanted our boiler to be replaced a year before it actually was, but despite several phone calls, it never came to be; there was no follow-up and no call back. So a year later I insisted that the job be done before the end of the year, to beat the cold and to take advantage of a tax break. Burton has done work for me over the years, but I have noticed a decline in responsiveness and follow-up. I also find I am at the mercy of the worker who perform the job. If the owner does it, it's flawless, but I was sent a plumber and an assistant, who though adequately installed a boiler, left me with a mess, and a subsequent leak leading to and basement flood that took days to dry. They made good on damages which were not huge, but it could have been a lot worse had my husband not seen the leak early in the morning; it had been going on all night. A pipe was not sealed properly. The same team installed a kitchen faucet. (Note: I kept everything that was removed and all extra pieces that were packed in the box with the new faucet). The plumber insisted that a piece was missing; he went back to the plumbing store (and left the direction book there). Another part was ordered. About 2 weeks later another plumber was assigned to install the replacement piece. The job was done well, he was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After he left I noticed that the replacement piece he had brought was identical to the one that was in the box with the new faucet. The plumber who initially installed it (who was the same one who installed the boiler), insisted the piece was not needed and threw it out. He couldn't figure out what it was for. It was the "missing piece." This plumber apparently has a missing piece as well. I believe this is an honest family business, but it appears to be run in a disorganized manner. It takes months for bills to come. I have been asking for a bill to be checked for months with no resolution. Though I trust this company and like to support local family businesses, I wish the business end would be performed with more care: better responsiveness and follow-up are needed. I would rate this part of the experience C.
